Ingredients required :
Potatoes(cut into halves) - 300 gm
Capsicum, tomatoes, onion (optional)
Curd - 1/3 cup
Tandoori food color - Few drops
Lemon juice - 1/2 tbsp
Roasted gram flour - 1 tbsp
Tandoori masala - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Chat masala - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
Oil - 1/2 tbsp
Step by step recipe for tandoori aloo :
Mix all the ingredients well so that the marinade it coated well over the veggies. Let it marinate for about half an hour.
Arrange the veggies on skewers, place them in microwave and select micro plus grill combination mode for 10 minutes. If you do not have the skewers, you may put the veggies on multi cook tawa , place tawa on high rack and select the same combination grill plus micro mode for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, apply oil or butter on the veggies and grill for another 10 minutes. In case you are using tawa, apply oil and flip sides.
Delicious tandoori aloo is ready to be served.
