I think this is very close to what I had enjoyed in India at a local restaurant in Andheri W. I really really really wanted this type of naan roti and it seems that naan prepared with your recipe I should be able to relish that texture of the Naan roti. Yummy....with Dal fry it tastes heavenly! (of course with onion thin slices and lemon slices.)

Thank you Yaman for this recipe..as usual my husband refuse to try this at home and said this as very bad idea making naan in tawa..but when he taste he felt like so much better than restaurant even..and it went outstanding with kadai chicken
