For MCA lateral entry you should have completed bsc CS or IT with 50% above..only few colleges have lateral entry.

Cutoff is the minimum mark required to get a seat in a particular college. It may vary every year upto +5 or -5 marks from the past year cutoff.We need wait till the call letter gets released.

Hi Hari Haran. It is not possible to change 10 to 20 marks in a year. We are not sure that all data published will be exactly true. You need to contact respective college admissions team to confirm the cut off mark is correct or not.

Hi Gurunathan. This is not a big issue as you think. GCT have asked for either one of the documents (course completion, degree certificate, provisional certificate), If you don't have any of these, Kindly call GCT and inform all the issues you faced and get permission as soon as possible. GCT is the only authority to accept or reject your application.

We can't decide now Tamil Selvan. These is no pass or fail marks in the TANCET. Hi Bharathi, Your mark is a Okay level mark. But don't under estimate that you didn't scored well. You may get a good college too. But before going to counselling, kindly select 4 to 5 colleges based on your mark. That will help to choose a perfect college during counselling,
