Tamiya m-chassis M07 vs TT02 vs Euro truck thoughts Race at Norcal 2023 July 2 M-chassis for the win
The first part has the main M-Class race with three M07 cars (at least one is an M)& and another an M07R). The fourth is, I believe, a 1/12 pan car by AE.
Then I show a few minutes of a race a friend and I accidently crashed (TC 13.5T) thinking it was practice laps before the TT02 and Euro Truck race for which we were given permission to race.
After this, I have the "Tamiya Class" race which was actually a TT02 class that was combined with a Euro Truck because everyone else left. So we figured we could just run out M-chassis cars with them if the RD allowed and the racers agreed. What happened next was priceless. M-chassis for the win.

The purple mini has sway bars on both front and back. Correction to motors, we were following TCS spec reedy fixed timing 21.5

The purple mini had something going on. I saw a few stickers that were not regulation. Probably contributing to faster times too.

Oh, according to 72voltz1, tt02s are run with USGT at that particular track. Maybe that's where the Red Shell should run the tt02. Or just have a Tamiya class. But I think mini would bury the other spec Tamiyas. Thoughts?

Well every track is different at NorCal I would want a spec class because it’s mostly beginners usgt drivers are the fast drivers

@@tlin2010 I'm not sure a Spec class would help much. A lot of fast drivers do spec classes to mess around and just have fun. So a spec class will not eliminate them. But it should, in theory, even out the field to where skill determines the winner as opposed to the products one can afford.
I have higher spec versions of all of these cars and do very well with them locally. Tt02 runs in the usgt class. Mini in mini class of course. The plastic cva shocks are required for the tt02’s in the TCS rules in the USA. I run them on my m07 with Trf pistons and tamiya damper oil. They’re fantastic and smooth as my higher spec trf shocks. The tt02 for Usgt is running v2 ssbb shocks with psm towers.

When tt02 is run with USGT, is it a Tamiya brushed motor in the tt02 or a USGT motor?

21.5 I’m running an r1 wurks 21.5 it does okay.

Yea we run the brushed Tamiya motors so it would not fit with the usgt rules
I can't find any m07r chassis kits in stock ANYWHERE!

You will have to look over seas. AliExpress is out too. I bought the m07 and just upgraded the shocks. Those you can get from Tamiya.
