You blow my mind Matteo, l just picked up a Tamiya Grand Hauler half an hour ago for my son William. It's going under the Christmas tree for him. We will build it together as he is one of those kids that wants to know how it works from the ground up. You videos are just brilliantly made, the music, backgrounds, the low angles and perspective, l even showed my 75 year old Mum so she could see what the finished truck will look like, Mums comment was 'Wow the guy filming really knows what he is doing, getting down level with the truck like that looks really good'. Thank you for making our hobby even more enjoyable, it's a pleasure to watch your videos. Happy Christmas to you and family from Eldorado Australia. Cheers!

That is one BEAUTIFUL hauler I've ever seen! I like it's design. Especially the rear. Driveshaft visible. I have the Knight Hauler since 2004 that's still on the market. But that is one beautiful truck I love to build.

Another beautiful and superbly realistic video Matteo. I drove a huge gasoline b-train tanker truck for 10 years and now I drive a cement mixer. (Safer..lol) Your video captures the realism of driving a big truck for sure. But I wonder how the truck stop food is in Switzerland? My guess is pretty delicious and your driver better be careful or he's going to no look so thin any more! Lol

Wow! Nice! Although I'm not so much RC on road trucks fan, this model seems very attractive! I love the BIG pipes and the shaking of truck by standing. And the sound of turbo! Cause I have a real Defender I'd like to make one day the small model but with some real nice simulation of turbodiesel sound. I was thinking about some tricky pure mechanical simulation of diesel engine typical "knocking" and some nice whistle generator simulates the turbo with delayed getting turns up and down... Just such dreams. But this all seems real close... Matteo, congrats to next nice "like real" video! :-)

Matteo, what radio contoller do you use for the grand hauler? You need some advanced multi-channel radio for light control, gear-box, etc.. right?

+Mindof Harris As first a primer, Tamiya surface primer. Then about 4 coats, as last a gloss clear coat. I used Tamiya TS Spray paint. TS-89 pearl blue and TS 13 gloss clear.

Hello. I am a new subscriber to your channel. I just recently started watching the Tamiya semi videos as I am going to be getting one in the next few months. I really like your Grand Hauler. It is actually the truck I have chosen to purchase when I get the funds. I would like to ask where your speaker is located? I have seen videos on how to install the mfc-01 and it requires the removal of the seats and such. However, you still have them.

rcsuperpuma Danke fürs Lob! Laut Anleitung müsste man den Fahrer für den Lautsprecher opfern. Das wollte ich aber nicht, so habe ich den Lautsprecher von unten ans Dach der hinteren Kabine befestigt. Die Antenne ist einfach innen drin (2.4 Ghz). Wegen den Teilen kann ich dir auch nicht helfen, vielleicht mal Googeln oder eBay...

Hello Mr Matteo. I want to ask you if you now any good dumber for the TAMIYA trucks 1/14 because the original is trush. I have tried the TAMIYA option dumpers with silicon oil but they are weist of money. Regards Spyros
