Tamiya 56045 British Battle Tank Centurion Mk.III Full-Option Kit
The Tamiya vast line up of radio-controlled model tanks just got bigger! This R/C tank recreates the Centurion in 1/16 scale as a radio control model. The Centurion Mk. III was developed as a heavy cruiser tank to counter the powerful German Army tanks during WWII. The Mk. III was perhaps the most polished Centurion variant, equipped with the L/66.7 20 pounder long barrel gun. It was also deployed in the Korean War in 1950, and showed off overwhelming strength which saved the Allied forces from crisis many times. The production reached about 2,800 between 1948 and 1956. After the Korean War, the Mk. III were deployed in European countries, but also other areas such as India, Israel, and Egypt with their formidable force.

love the big tank series
Thats serious.. 😍 i like that its full option
Lovely
The next revolution in RC cars, trucks, and tanks has to be a detailed interior. It has already happened in RC planes.
Would like a Maus kit.

Yeah, Chieftain first, then Challenger 1 and Challenger 2 after those.
Nice but I think they should produce more post war tanks

Would say this tank is post ww2 as it didn't arrive soon enough to do very much!
Is voice Matteo's RC?

No, totally different accent, plus from what I can gather, Matteo knows what he’s talking about, but this guy sounds like he is just reading from a script someone else wrote.
So many people included me would love to see an m60 or a3 would buy it on the spot if I can a
More cold war tanks would be fun
This is like the complete opposite of those terrible Movie Trailers where they show you absolutely everything you do - not - want to see until you actually watch the darn movie. Absolutely useless video where the model remains static on a turntable while someone talks about the history and some specs instead of actually showing the tank in motion with sound. _/screaming-in-a-corner_ 🤬
too expensive

Not really. They'll only sell a few thousand max, so very limited run = higher price.

Tamiya Tanks have and always will be more "expensive" than the competition if you _understand_ the difference. The Chinesium Tanks aren't made to be built by the customer - They're supposed to be RTR or ARTR models and as such must be assembled in a sweatshop where time's money demanding that they'll be made out of as few parts as possible reducing not only the time to assemble one but also the need for moulds to create the parts to begin with saving money. It also helps if you just outright steal the work of others by let's say ripping the unique sound profile of any so far released Tamiya RC Tank and slap a bunch of those - slightly modified but still _easily_ recognizable - into an AiO Tank Controller Solution allowing you to toggle between the profiles leading to such interesting combos where if Tamiya never did a sound for a particular model you're also not getting the correct one for something they created themself - Like the HL T90 either sounding like a Tamiya King Tiger, a M1A2 or a Leopard 2A6 😑 That is if you can even hear the sound the cheap tanks play because of how atrociously bad their gearboxes are and how brutally they overpower the anemic speakers housed inside the tank hulls. For comparison my Tamiya #56020 Leopard 2A6 kzread.info/dash/bejne/iIKEmKaspN2cp8Y.html vs. some guy showcasing his HL L2A6 kzread.info/dash/bejne/Z5mnzMqfmrbbmqQ.html sounding _identical_ until he's driving around, and the garbage gearboxes overpower everything. You _literally_ get what you pay for ( also if you DO want to build then Chinesium Tanks aren't gonna scratch that itch and viceversa if you do NOT want to then Tamiya will be a turnoff )
