Good info sister, I have some doubts in regards to ECA. My spouse did master in MBA autonomous institute. But it's comes under bharathidasn university. One of the consultant said going with WES May consider Master degree as UG according to Canadian equivalent. So consultant preferred to go university of Toronto. 800k 2bhk condo at 10 percent down 720k owing for 25 yrs at 2.6 percent interst is 3475 per month out of which principle portion alone is 1725. 3475 plus 650 condo fee plus 100 hydro plus 200 property tax is total 4425 per month. How ever 1725 out of paid mortage is sitting in bank as principle amt. So 4425 minus 1725 is 2700 dol is wat u really spend. Also be mindful of equity development in home value etc.. Can feel or push as house poor but 2700 is almost equal to rent paid for apartment. Any thoughts?

In fact same 800k house in gta like ajax with basement unit and walkout will give 1000 dol earning extra to the same numbers I mentioned . So it will end up u really spending only 1700 after rental collection
