Nowadays i suggest people to watch Tamil dub because of the woke ideology which is destroying west . Woke people are in the powerful positions in everywhere also in Hollywood they don't care about franchise they don't care about fans they don't care about core of the stories which leads current movies to lack of good story line movies are just filled with woke dialogues and ideology, for example shehulk how many of you know the shehulk writer didn't have any knowledge about mavel comics and animated series and made they series as a big ass disaster twerking with cardi b. Feeding woke ideology, swapping race, sexualizing kids , gender swaping , dumping og iconic characters and goats to highlight new woke leading character bruhh western people are sickkkk of that ,many movies which our people said good was total flop on west. Woke ideology won't affect you that much if u don't know about the politics going on in west, that's why some movies looks good for us. So better to watch in Tamil dub, it will be lil bit better without cringe woke dialogues.

I'm a mallu and I'm remembering some of the worst cases of malayalam dubbing. As long as I can remember, the only films those were dubbed beautifully in Malayalam were the old Allu Arjun films. The voices were so convincing that we thought that it was Allu Arjun's real voice. And the dubbed songs were excellent too. I'd say that was the golden era of Malayalam dubbing. But literally none of the later dubs were good If you had Vijay TV, we had Kairaly TV. Those idiots even dubbed Tamil and Telugu songs to malayalam and make it soooo cringe that we can't watch it with parents or anyone else. Tamil is a poetic and strong language. So the dialogues come out well in almost all situations. But Malayalam is just poetic, not powerful. So when Tamil and Telugu mass scenes are dubbed to Malayalam, the come out as cringe. Now the main problem with dubbing Tamil films are the voice itself. ie Rajini sir, Vijay sir, Ajith sir, and everyone else have very distinguishable and iconic voices. So when you dub them, it gets ruined. Allu Arjun's voice is not much powerful, so it's not that bad. But you can imagine what happens when Thalaivar's and Thalapathy's iconic swag dialogues get dubbed to another language. It utterly ruins the enjoyment...
Original dubb is always best ♥️

true bro, dubbing is an crucial art, but it needs to be precise, the reason behind the popularity of foreign contents like SPD, Jackie Chan, Ben 10, Shin Chan and even Marvel/DC/other language films was dubbing, but today's dubbing quality is not like those days, I can say this strongly because I grew up with these. I agree that once dubbing was awesome, and VJS is not only the reason, he's one of the many reasons why dubbing failed, really as an marvel fan it offends me to this date, but reality is that especially tamil dubbing has fallen miles behind, because of the poor artist selection as you told, let's hope it'll rise again. Oru kaalathula dubbing padam pathu valanthom, so we should definitely appreciate dubbing geniuses like MS Bhaskar, Nizhalugal Ravi, Ravishankar, Late Arun Alexander, Muralikumar, Raghuvaran etc.
