Magnifying glasses?! First thing that comes to mind when I’m in a cyber punk future where my consciousness is living in the cloud. 😂

@@b.c.eckhoff3495It was like a search bar originally. They did this with several things, where things are less cyberpunk looking than their prototypes. Really headscratching.
I Was going well there for a while then I lost my way. Don't know if I missed something or you were going too fast but I spent a lot of time trying to retrack my train. Otherwise I was able to figure out some of the game. Thanks for the video.
I’m mostly through the main campaign with a mix of solo and coop and I’m just liking this game more and more. The scenarios have a lot of variety and mechanically it’s just a fun loop every turn to try to launch all the patterns you can.

How is the replay value of scenarios?? Is there any random generator scenarios az well???
@OneStopCoopShop

@Filip_eF review for this is coming soon, but replay is okay. There is a bit of branching in each, though they often end up at a similar ending. There is a scenario randomizer in the base game but it’s for competitive I believe
Cool! Excited for it to arrive on Friday!

Can’t wait for your review on this game! The token manipulation/pattern matching looks somewhat similar to Bullet❤⭐️, so combining that with board movement and varied scenario objectives sounds cool.
I do like the length of this session. I have quite a few solo-able games that take 3 hours or so to play. +/- 1 hour sounds like a nice sweet spot.
@OneStopCoopShop

Agreed, though some of the scenario say their length is quite a bit longer, so not sure how much that would stretch things
Magnifique board game.
O WOW !!
Worth noting this isn't from Awaken Realms, but Awaken Realms lite. Which from my understanding is a completely different studio. Which I think is true since yesterday during their unboxing the guy said it's the biggest game they've ever made by far.

The theme and art are great. Hoping the cooperative aspects are good.

@@OneStopCoopShop I was very excited for this ones arrival (added bonus: my pre-order of Dwellings of Everdale arrived the same day 😆). But this seems like a lot of fun and good smaller adventure game to play until my ISS Vanguard arrives next month.
@OneStopCoopShop

@@keep_on_harpin8267 oh, this is MUCH more accessible than ISS, though I enjoy that one a ton.
Wow, I had forgotten about this game after I ordered during a time when I was doing way too many Kickstarters. But the mechanics look very cool - seems like lots of good decisions to make with the Launcher and interesting combos to make. Only question I have is if the story ends up being worth the investment, but maybe the gameplay will be good enough for one-off play. Thanks for covering!

Not sure about the story yet. It’s a bit awkward in the writing, and the world they are building is a bit confusing. But I like the gameplay so far

AT 37:37, couldn't you launch both the all-colors missile strike discard AND the three reds in a row? I recall reading that you can combo the sequences, but I might be mistaken.
@OneStopCoopShop
9 ай бұрын
Sadly pretty sure you can't. You discard tokens as you use them, so you can't use the same token for multiple different effects in one turn. It's already gone after the first effect resolves.
@Haniel_wrc
9 ай бұрын
Yup, you have to launch patterns one by one and discard used tokens
This seems like a fun game, but one that's going to take some ramp-up time. The terminology and order of play are not insignificant, so I don't think I could jump straight into a game after not playing for a while. Still, the game is gorgeous, and I think the mechincs and aesthetic work together beautifully. Great playthrough!

@@OneStopCoopShop Excellent video!
Looks really cool and the programming mechanics seem pretty unique. Curious how the replayability will be though.
@OneStopCoopShop

I’m curious too. You’ll have different bodies, different classes, different unlocks, and different paths through scenarios (like this one had 2 major branches). So I think it’ll probably be good replay?

Was looking over my copy and noticed in the rulebook there is also an option to play a competitive mode with a scenario generator rules. Haven't read up on this mode but might offer more replay options
If you move twice do you add both tiles entrance value?

No, only the value of the space you end on
This looks like a heavier crunchier Warps Edge, how does it compare
@OneStopCoopShop
9 ай бұрын
Huh... I wouldn't compare them much, honestly. The bag building here is very minimal (you aren't adding many tokens and they don't really get stronger), and the whole pattern formation thing is absent in Warp's Edge. Plus Warp's Edge is a super tight and quick boss battler whereas this goes a good bit longer and has a heavy story/exploration/scenario aspect.
aren't the data tokens supposed to be drawn and placed on the dark blue spaces of your board? not the light blue
@OneStopCoopShop
10 ай бұрын
Definitely not, because the unlockable spaces on the right are light blue, and the whole point of unlocking those is to spawn more data each round

I've come to dislike games that are highly mechanically innovative. I've become more interested in dice chucking, especialy regular d6s. A lot of newer games aim to provide fresh ideas but to me they just don't bring the same joy as simpler mechanics. Plus these kinds of games can be a lot of work to learn!@@OneStopCoopShop
