Located in Karangasem, the Tirta Gangga Tourist Park was built by the King of Karangasem, Anak Agung Anglurah Ketut Karangasem Agung, in 1948. The name Tirta Gangga comes from the word "tirta" which means holy and "ganga" from a river in India which is revered by Hindus.
This park was built on an area of ​​1.2 hectares, extending from east to west. Being located at the foot of Mount Agung makes the Tirta Gangga Tourist Park very beautiful with cool air. Pesona Friends can enjoy a calm, typical Balinese atmosphere here. The water in Tirta Gangga Tourist Park comes from the Rejasa spring which flows to Amlapura. This water is considered holy by the local community. In fact, the water in this place is often used for traditional ceremonial activities. There is a pool specifically for tourists. In this pool, you can soak in the clear water. There are two pools provided, namely for children and adults with different water depths.
