Really want a more masculine/gender neutral Tama. Been saying that for YEARS. Gonna pass and stick with my Magic White even though I don't like the design. Miss the days of bubbles, techno patterns, flames and clear shells. Its all gems, rainbows, fairies, and pastels now.

Super with you there. I know tamas are generally more 'cutesy' of late, but my aesthetic preferences is like.... dark colors and all the cool patterns Connections had. Cute characters and stuff in the game, that's what I'm signing up for, but gimme a slick black and red shell to go with it!

I'm so excited they're back! I can't wait to get one. I've been playing with my original Tamagotchi Connection for the past couple of weeks and it's been so nostalgic and fun. On the second generation already lol.

Oh shoot, I’d been hoping you were going to tell us it was all just a huge mistake and it did indeed have all the same characters and lands as the Fantasy Meets. Bummer! And I wonder if it won’t let you open the Wonderland until the third generation like the final lands in the Magical and Fairy On’s. But thank you for sharing this new Tama with us. I agree, the shell design is gorgeous and I’ll be buying them both for the sole reason they are English version Tamagotchi. 👍

i hope they release Sanrio in english. also wouldnt it be awesome if they brought back the angel/morino/ocean themed gotchis but in color like this, but as a mix version?!

It's so beautiful, I like more than the Fantasy faceplate design. (but the game looks better in Fantasy) The purple ones it is my favourite... I want it :D. Thanks for the video, I really enjoyed and I'm just waiting for put it pre-order in amazon Mexico to buy both. I think to unlock the Wonderland destination, it must be the same as the special destinations of the other ON versions, up to the third generation and go to the yard.

Thank you Ra. I have fallen off with keeping up with Tama news so I wouldn't have known about this. Such a shame that's a stripped down version. In my opinion It should have a stripped down price to match ($39 tbh)... and they picked the worse land with the worst looking characters for me. Very disappointed because now we're settling for less when we know that Bandai America can do a flawless job like they've done with the ON. They've given us a full course meal before and now we're limited to side dishes while charging the same. That's shady.

Yeah, it is a bit disappointing that it wasn't the Fantasy Meets' English equivalent, but perhaps they'll release 2 more in the future. I'm really not sure what their plans are. Thanks for watching.

Did you ever do a review for the Fantasy Meets? I think i'm gonna skip this on because it's not woth the regular $60 like the Fantasy which is complete.

@@tristanhaile this version the "Wonder Garden" is a expensive water down version of the Fantasy Meets, it cost you almost the same price but with a lot less content. The only good thing i see is the English which the Fantasy is all japanese.

NintendoFan1211: The Wonder Garden isn’t almost the same price. The price for the US version is actually *higher* than Japan’s original retail price for the Fantasy Meets. $15 (USD) higher. Retail price here is $60. (they’ll eventually drop to $50 a year from now) But Amazon Japan’s retail price for the Fantasy Meets was only 5000 yen ($45 USD). I don’t know if you’re aware, but Amazon Japan ships to the USA, and we can order from them. I ordered my Sweets Meets from there when it released. I paid $45 and it arrived here in 3 days. And shipping was only $6 for US Amazon Prime members. (probably $12 or $15 if you’re *not* a Prime member) The Fantasy Meets has been out for a few years, so the price of that one is higher now because it’s no longer in retail stores. But *current* Meets versions (right now it’s the Sweets Meets), is priced at only 5000¥ ($45). I think when the Sweets Meets very first released, it *might’ve* cost 5700 yen ($53) on Amazon just for the first month or two. But then it dropped to 5000¥, and has been that price ever since. It’ll go higher once they become harder and harder to find. But the point is, the *normal* retail price of Tamagotchi Meets is only 5000¥ ($45). Obviously, if we buy from eBay, we’ll pay way more. But those are third party sellers, not retail prices. The fact is if we compare apples to apples (the retail price of Amazon US with Amazon Japan), they’re charging us *more* for the version with *less* content.

Please please please can you make a video listing and showing every single tamagotchi that has ever come out up to December 2020 in all countries, I'm starting my collection and want to wake sure I don't forget any, many thanks x

Have you checked to see if there are any bluetooth connection issues like the Sweets Meets have? The missing lands are a bit disappointing but I already have the Fantasy Meets. I might pick up one just for the pretty shell. I love the design.

You sholud try the hand warmer pet. It's a Touma Pet but in a hand warmer and power bank. It's kinda weird.

Hi! May I ask where you got the Tamagotchi On stands you have there on your desk?

im planning on getting this one bc im a fan of Alice in Wonderland and i thought the exclusive characters were so cute, thnx for the extra info

The Wonderland characters were my favourite (actually spent FOREVER in the ON app trying to breed a Tama with the Alice dress gene), so I'm not too disappointed.. but I did like all the other locations and items for the Fantasy Meets, so I hope they release other versions soon.

I'm thinking the only way to unlock the fantasy land is your Tama has to be a third gen and change the wallpaper to it's specific.

Hello everyone! I can't connect my fantasy tamagotchi mix with the app. The bluetooth of my android recognize the device, but does not connect it with the cell phone. My cell phone says the tamagotchi need a key or password to connect with the cell phone. 🙄 For this reason I have never connected to the app😢. I tried others Androids and my tablet, and I got the same results. I have never been able to connect to the app because of it. Any advice or help please!!! Thank you!

So they basically are going to make 3 tamagotchi versions 60 us each, out of 1 japanese version. Soon the will start charching for DLC's for tamagotchis.

Hello, All. I have 2 questions: Is it bad to share Tama IDs with strangers? It's not like my credit card info is on the app or something that they can hack. Also, if not, would someone mind sharing their ID with me, lol! I can't unlock Tama Sport Plaza because I have to connect with 2 other Tamas first. I don't know anyone with a Tama, however.

Connecting on the app won't count towards unlocking the Plaza I'm afraid. You'll need 2 different physical connections. If you have another one, you can simply reset it over and over and connect. It will trick your tama into thinking they're different Tama connections.

For your first one I recommend getting an on tamagotchi the purple one is currently half off at target rn for 30 instead of 60 if you can find one at your local store

When you stop to consider the average price is $60, it’s a bit high for a non working individual (kid) to afford. You can buy a full video game for that with frames that don’t drop. Lol yes, tamagotchi, I’m looking at YOU. 😝 IDK but I’m guessing they figure their target market is now a group of empty nesters. If so, this is perfect for us. Haha

US law dictates that any toy which uses batteries must be secured down with a screw. Bandai can't do anything about it. :/
