This is what death looks like in Tamagotchi meets.
If you don’t care your tamagotchi within an hour or 2 after the grimgotchi appears, 4 of them will appear and you are UNABLE to send it to hospital while your tama looks helplessly.
Unlike any deaths, this is considered to be one of the darkest death in the series due to a big ghost floating in the black background and crying helplessly. The same things happen to meets 20th anniversary version and any JPN versions too.
