Prepare a sesame lamp with 9 wicks for Dipradhana. After starting the puja.. Rajarajeshwari Ashtakam and Mahishasura Samharini Ashtakam should be recited. If it is not possible, chant the mantra 'Shri Matre Namah' 108 times and offer camphor aarti.
