Talking About Your Mental Health For The First Time
Hello! Today I wanted to talk a bit about talking about your mental health for the first time. I know how difficult it can be to open up initially, so I wanted to tell you about my experiences of discussing my mental health for the first time. I've also got a few tips if you're right at the beginning of your journey and are yet to discuss your mental health - just things I've picked up along the way that would have helped me when things first began. the syste is rigged why do they have 3 home offices very weird.
@Jenny Cole the whole World is messed up no can change anything i feel bad saying this but i think Religion causes so much hate i have both parents who are Muslim myself i use to attend the mosque in my early teens my now i don't any more i kind of seen everyone was prating about and when you think about some mosque send them of to Syria also Oxfam as a charity don't help working for them there all about putting there son or daughter through University we are living in a evil world.
