Rachel: I love you. Jun: Thanks :D Rachel: ....ehhh ok.
Jun's accent is so fantastic I didn't realize he'd never studied abroad. He really does have an American accent down quite well.

im sorry but Jun is so attractive when he smiles and speaks japanese!!! Rachel youre a lucky woman!!!
Chika is the queen of interviews and Rachel and Jun were so candid and you could see their love and respect for each other! Thanks for all the work that went into this interview
rachel made a really good point about expecting culture or language challenges so that you don't jump to conclusions and such. i thought that was such a good reminder for me. i'm learning korean and japanese and sometimes i have to remind myself we are both novices in each other lanugages so don't take everything at face value and dig a little deeper.

I got used to be in international relationships and even tho I still getting upset too fast, just because my language skill is low. That kind of video is really good to remind yourself to think more before speaking.

This is such an important skill and once I acknowledged it with international friends, applying it to friends from my own culture has made our friendships deeper because I don't immediately assume I understand their meaning....and it diffuses SO many misunderstandings by listening and asking questions before judging. Definitely one of THE most helpful skills in life!
"Was it love at first sight?" *look at eachother awkwardly* Jun: YES. YOU GUYS. So adorable! Wishing you all the best in your marriage! 😍

I really like Rachel and Jun, they seem to be very lovely and down to earth. Thanks a lot for this interview!
I like it when KZreadrs help each other making good videos.
What a beautiful couple. Rachel's desire to immerse herself in the Japanese culture and learn the language is quite impressive! June is one lucky man to have found such a unique person... and vice versa!
I love Rachel! She's so cute! And Jun is so kind hearted! They're my favorite couple!
Thank you for the interesting interview. You know both cultures and asked questions that would lead to the contrast between them. I can't wait for the part 2!

I'm from a international family (my father is from the Dominican Republic, my mother is from America) so I'm familiar with the issues and cultural differences that mix can create, but it's interesting seeing what other mixes can create! Interracial/international families is something that fascinates me and I love hearing about them, probably because it's something I can easily identify with given my upbringing. Interesting video!
I love this video. It’s interesting to hear more about them. I love how they respect each other despite of their cultural differences.
She's right, his english is awesome. I didn't even realize that it was his second language until after a few videos.

I absolutely love this couple and how much they respect each other and their differences ❤️

They are so cute together! And hearing that Rachel was in the military makes me really respect her.
I’ve seen so many videos about interracial relationship, but yours is by far the most interesting. You went from basic topics to more deep ones regarding not only the culture but their private lives and I do appreciate that deeply. It’s hard to understand sometimes how Japanese get our behaviour and it was so clarifying.
This was really a great video! I've learnt a lot about the cultural differences between the American and Japanese way of doing things. Thanks for the video!! 😀😀
私も旦那と話してるときwhich Tuesday??What date?!
I’m an American military wife we spent 5yrs in Okinawa. I’ll say the one thing that still resonate with me is the family based community, everyone took care of everyone literally. It was amazing to raise my very young children in that community stetting. I’d return in a heartbeat. I enjoyed your video very much.
I'm looking forward to the other video you mentioned. Great collab!
Hey, there. Here in Germany we refer to days AND dates: "I have an appointment on Wednesday, 2nd." ;-)
I'm totally in love with Jun. He's such a cool guy. Rachel is so lucky!
I love how you guys switched between the language
I can feel that they appreciate each other very much from this video. Lovely♡♡
I love you both channels ☺️ I'm so happy that you two collaborated!!
Nice interview with Chika-san and Jun. Thank you!

I LOVE this video. I love hearing about Japan and the culture. Fascinating! I have been wanting to go there for a long time. I hope you do more videos like this.
Great couple! Really enjoying their videos as well as yours. Thank you.
This video was so neat. I'm Mexican and my husband is American, and while we are not Japanese we go through similar differences that make us grow and enjoy each other as a couple every day, even if we've known each other for 15 years! Best wishes!
If you can't read or understand it. Then turn on captions from the top right with three dots,
Jun with a doge smile sitting in the middle when they’re talking about the i love u part lol
It was immensely interesting! Thank you for sharing!
They are a seriously attractive couple. Damn!
Rachel & Jun!!! Thank you for your explaining!!!
Rachel and Jun are such a lovely young couple. All the very best.

I think we get used to expressing ourselves more because of school. They usually encourage us to participate in discussions and debate to put our ideas out there.

You’re my fav couple on KZread. You both are so cute together. Love the energy. Wish you both the best.
These guys are cute together! So happy for them!
Thank you for sharing your lives!
Great interview! Great questions, format, and editting. Found you through R&J. Glad for it:)
This is such a wonderful vid. Lots of insight into cultural differences and personal differences in relationships. I feel like a learned something. Also still totally laughing at the "love at first sight" question. It was the same for me and my interracial relationship with my husband.
I like the way japanese people use the word “love” and the way they show it...
I enjoyed this movie. I’m looking forward to next movies!
Awesome! Love Rachel and Jun
Loved the video, thank you so much!
僕も大学で留学生相手のTutor(文科省からお金が貰える条件の良いアルバイト)をしていて、ボストンにいたのに彼より英語が苦手。
