What's the average amount of usage you're seeing for your clients each month with the new pricing? It could be worth a video and a decent explanation because, to be honest, it's kind of scary.

Hi Brendan. Have tried implementing this for my own website. There seems to be something. When I click on the mic to begin the call something pops up at the bottom of the chat. It's reddish in color. After it disappears the call starts but when someone talks to it there's no response from the bot. Could it be a transcriber issue? Would appreciate your thoughts on this
