So no trial? What if someone will just call the talibans and blame somebody as kidnappers?

We used to do that in the 7th century in Britain. That's not Sharia, that's rough justice - the substitute for a proper functioning legal and judicial system.

And that’s why these crimes carry on in the west as criminals aren’t scared of doing ‘time’ in a soft justice system. After being sentenced the criminal gets to live rent free and be served their meals 3 times a day while the tax payer pays for them on holiday in jail. Until they are released to reoffend and the cycle continues. What a joke

@Chris Viking there are 2approaches that have worked quite well 1. Asia(more things are death penalty with strict laws, therefore ridding the “my client killed coz he was on drugs” excuse) Proof: majority of murderers are either serving life, waiting their death, being killed or alrdy killed OR Norway: Get the minor criminals used to life outside so it feels like a school, A small percentage of ppl commit crimes to get back in Similarities: Works better because less complains Difference : Asians use brutal BUT effective preventive methods ( caning) Norwegians rely on the criminals to be motivated to start a new life

This kind of punishments should be practised worldwide for rapist and kidnappers

Where did they get this punishment from? There is no proof that kidnapping deserves execution.

It didn't take long for them to revert to how they were 20 years ago. Leopards never change their spots.

All rapist, kidnapper, child molester, terrorist,murdera , dirty government and dirty law enforcement personnel should get this treatment... facts save taxpayers and citizens money.. make people fear the law of a country..

To be honest, I couldn't care less for the kidnappers, good that they're being hanged in my opinion. It's just sad to see that it's done publicly because that might affect and traumatize innocent people

Kidnaps and Rapes should be dealt with such punishments.

Justice must be served. Kidnappers deserve cruel punishment. They have ruined the future of the children. Imagine if the kidnapped is your child, surely you want this kind of punishment to the kidnapper.
