Oh man this game will never get old, nearly 2000 hours across both my PS3 and Xbox version

To be more specific, the altered burst artes you get by equipping the two of those skills with the same element. Equipping Chain and Hellfire gives you a fire element burst arte, Crucible and Athenor an earth element one, Alembic and Gale a wind element one, and Dispersion and Great Deluge for a water element one.

I wanted to fight him on normal for the grade. Got my ass handed to me 6 different times. All while he was less than 10 thousand hp away from death. He nuked me 3 times in a row once.

This is obviously the best mystic arte exhibition I have ever seen by far! Awesome job! It's extremely professional and amazing to watch. Keep up the good work!

In my Opinion, "No Items Ever!" Is one of the God-Tier Mystic Artes in the Tales Series. And. "In an Instant, we Echo and the Hearts meet, IMPACT CROSS!"

Zagi's line for his Mystic Arte is awesome. "Welcome to Hornet's Nest!" Gotta love Vic Micnogna's work.

The Constellations that Estelle makes with "Star Sign- " Moves are the Entelaxia that represent that element.

its in the related videos at the right (at least for me). Its the one that says "Judith's Mystic Arte v2 & Her Joke Artes". The way to do them is described in the video description of that video.

Yeah, but no matter what, Symphonia's cast will always be my favorite.

I love the unique victory poses each character does when you finish the battle with a Mystic Arte. Wish someone would include those in a video. Especially Warp Dog Repede and Supersonic Karol.

Nicely done. This was a great MA exhibition video.

Great Character. But Velvet Crowe is more cool than Yuri. For me Velvet is best Character of Série. I Played Both games Vesperia and Berseria.

Hes a cameo in the arena and in a secret dungeon called the Ex Dungeon. Most Tales games have characters from other Tales games appearing but only in a minor way and in no way apart of the storyline,Kratos along with Barbatos and Shizel are Vesperia`s cameo characters.

Star Signs gale and aqua have like the coolest sound effects in the game and most people will never hear them, lol.

Yup, he is Dhaos. He is one of the 4 cameos (guests characters) you can fight in Tales of Vesperia. The others are Shizel from Tales of Eternia, Barbatos from Tales of Destiny 2 and Kratos from Tales of Symphonia.

I think duke only uses it when you have all mystic artes for your party or doing the alternate final boss battle by collecting the fallen arms quest

Yeah the first time I played vesperia I only had OL level one but if you look at your monster list you can see what enemy drops what and always check points of interest on the world map.

Frost stones can be found from the ice enemies in the Blade Drifts of Zopheir. For ASAP synthing, the Sands of Kogorh will change from day to night (night will have ice enemies) until you defeat the boss there.

Yes, Killer of Heroes is Barbatos from Tales of Destiny 2, Sorrwful queen is Shizel from Tales od Eternia and Time traveler is Dhaosfrom Tales of Phantasia

@Gawain4991 that is because, they were recorded, as not having been discovered yet. For instance, To change Divine Wolf to Divine Wolf Blaze, you need the Flamberge, the first time you use an altered arte, it is labeled as such.

well, I just uploaded one with Estelle doing her joke burst arte, its still processing though, it should be up and ready in a few minutes. I know Judith has one too, but not sure if its a Burst Arte or just a normal attack. Dunno about the rest yet.

There's specific skills that make burst artes change into different elemental forms when they are set.

Judith is called the Hades and its in the Blade Drifts of Zopheir, Ritas Psychadelica is in the blade drifts as well.

It's a small extension to his mystic arte at the end of the fight with Duke. It only activates if his mystic arte depletes Duke's remaining HP.

Man do I love how Tenacity lined up so perfectly with Savage Wolf Fury. I don't know if that was intended but holy crap.

Equip the arte-changing skills (i.e. Chain + Hellfire, Gale + Alembic, etc) and use your burst arte like normal. Depending on what skill set you used, your burst arte will change accordingly. Synthesize for Limit Trio

@theVoxvirus use these skills: chain/hellfire, dispersion/great deluge, gale/alembic, and athenor/crucible. By using a pair they will change the burst arte. Yuri for example: chain/hellfire will give him Divine wolf blaze, dispersion and great deluge will give him Divine wolf Flood ETC! Mystic artes can be used with level 3 or higher overlimit and useing an arcane arte or above and hold B (for xbox) at the end. Hope that helped....

In case you have no idea how to do a mystic arte, i will explain. The Requirements are a lvl 3 over limit, and having the "special" skill equipped. Then while in lvl 3 over limit, do a arcane arte, and instead of pressing A for a burst arte, you press B and hold instead. You can also link a mystic arte from a burste arte.

Tales of Eternia had a 13 episode series. Phantasia and Symphonia each had an OVA, and then there`s the Vesperia movie already mentioned.

the tutorial explains it well enough how to do burst arte. for mystic arte, read the description of the "Special" skill

Yes Kratos does appear on your second playthrough in a scene. You can see it here on youtube.

The Fake Gald is found in random chests and obtained after fighting certain bosses from the past, so I guess you may have to spend some time finding chests and fighting enemies. If you are confused, there are various walkthroughs that show where to go.

Hey, I just noticed that Duke,s Brave Vesperia has all of the party,s Mystic Artes in it, like, it starts with Blast Heart, and then goes with the colored balls of Ancient Catastrophe and the screen goes yellow for what it looks like Overlord Reign Impact and then it finishes with Sacred Penance. You can also see stuff in the middle that looks like Savage Wolf Fury and Slash. Isin,t it cool?

All of Rita's burst artes are so pretty... Absolute eye candy.

Fatal strike: When a triangle in a circle appeard, hold the right trigger. It will appear when you do a certain ammount of damage. Burst arte: Trigger an over limit, use an altered or acane art and hold down a. You can only do this after meeting 'tweedle a and tweedle b' at Halure.

For a mystic arte, you MUST be in over limit level 3 or 4 and hold B after an arcane, altered or burst arte. You first need to equip the skill "special" before this. For a burst arte, just hold A after an arcane or altered arte WHILE in over limit.

Its his bonus 3rd form. If you have all the Devil's Arms, they will react to his sword when you beat his 2nd form (White Knight, I call it). and he will transform. and just Abyssion in Tales of Symphonia, if he has access to your devil's arms, he has access to your powers and techniques.

its part of the secret mission against the final boss' 2nd form. You have to finish him with a Mystic Arte (not necesary to win the battle though) and if Yuri's the one that finishes him then he gets that extension. The others just do their regular Mystic Arte, so its more epic to do it with Yuri anyway lol

That was epic. I was really suprised at how awesome Dhaos sounds.

Get the sword, the "Highlander." It has a skill called Hit Plus where if you rapidly jam the B button during his mystic arte, you get an extra like 20-25 hits.

Yuri uses both his right and left hands when swinging, but he does hold it in his left hand, which I never noticed until you brought it up :P

@Onlymaybe7 While in overlimit level 3 or higher, perform an arcane arte/spell or higher and hold B to perform the mystic arte. You need to have the special skill active to do it. Hope that explains it.

if you stagger flynn it lets you use your mystic arte same with asch in TotA

You need to first activate your Over Limit 1, or more, and then use an arcane art or above and right afterward press A.

Rita, the magic master, having so many varieties of magic

stay at the inn in Dahngrest several times and you will get a cutscene with him and Harry. Keep staying at the inn until you get the skill Special. You have to be at a certain point in the story though before you can get the cutscenes.

Theres a weapon that gives an ability called "Hit Plus" If you get that ability hitting B repeatedly adds hits to his mystic arte

@SilvAndRef The Different Burst artes are altered artes by using skills to alter the arte. Example: Yuri's Divine Wolf Blaze is used by equipping the Hell Fire skill and using divine wolf. Each character has at least several altered burst artes (as shown in the video obviously). Go to GameFAQ to look up an arte guide to see what skilles are needed to use different altered artes. I hope this answers your question :). And no its not sad. It wasn't until I went to the last dungeon i discovered it

an extra little part of his Mystic Arte that only activates if Savage Wolf Fury kills Duke.

To get more burst artes u need the weapon with a attribute. example u say u got divine wolf blaze u need to have Flamberge equipped to use that Also with Vorpal sword ( water attribute sword ) u can do Divine wolf flood so collect em all :)

The extension to Savage Wolf Fury which you saw is part of a Secret Mission exclusive to the final boss. When Duke is at low health, you need to finish him off with a mystic arte (then again, why wouldn't you?). If this is done with Yuri, he will automatically initiate the extension, and completing the SM with Yuri awards you the Last Fencer (just thought I'd throw that out there as an added bonus).

huh I knew about the hit plus arte but I never realized you could keep pressing it even when it looks like its over...

its not an extension, its a second version of it and you can do it whenever you want. And I'm the one that posted that vid showing how to do it. (in english at least)
