the chain number stops going up at 1000, but the chances are lowest after 400-500 chains, thats when its at 1/256

My first shiny was a random Stagurot, its now a Dynastogun, so its funny that i will use a random shinys to get more shinys

My first shiny was kitweed and that took forever to get a 50 chain.

My question is, is it exactly the same on private servers? Or is there some debuff or somn?

So you gonna say if I hunt for some tonarain and overworld shiny is show up. My chain that I want to be shiny one will disappear and get another random tonarian? So what the point if chaining?

the shiny that spawns have more odds to be you shiny + have more odds of spawning a shiny

Funny thing is both of the thumbnails tanorions I got full odds

I’m currently shiny hunting citrin, and I’ve been shaking the lemon trees for easy spawns. It’s honestly really easy cause I basically get a guaranteed citrin per tree. Would def recommend citrin as a first shiny

it doesnt ask for move replacement. Go to tanorians, battle and you can replace moves

Ive been stuck trying to find them because im chaining maccry and the only move that hits everything that i could find when you get hoard encounters is pollen burst. Pollen burst however is not good against maccry lol so i need to find ll the moves that hit everything

My chain literally got taken away because of a shiny badge and I didn’t even get a shiny. Someone told me it’s because a shiny spawned in my area but that’s stupid because why does it take the chain and I didn’t even get to fight the shiny so why did I get the badge??

There's no way to increase the chance of alphas specifically, but I found my first Alpha using an incense as overworld spawn

Basically you defeat the same creature over and over again to increase chance for its Shiny version.
