    Yes J tuck. I'm just starting to get back into shape myself. I want to know what do you be mixing in with your protein shakes because like. I'm saying. I'm trying to get back into shape like how. I used to be before. I had got a lot of injuries on my body so like. I said I'm just starting to get back into shape again because. I'm 51 years old. I'm trying to take my time and to get back in rhythm on how. I used to work out before. I got all these injuries so. I can start doing things working out on in repetition so. I can start doing things like how .I used to do when everything felt to me .

    Yes J tuck when. I used to work out real hard back in the day. I I used to hit the weights three Days hitting the weights and then another 3 days working out doing cardio and a lot of stretching with my body and also doing push-ups and sit-ups because when I used to hit the waist I used to hit the weights on Mondays Wednesday's and Fridays and then on Tuesdays Thursdays and Saturdays I used to just do all cardio and a lot of stretching and push-ups and sit-ups so that is what .I'm trying to get back into cheap so. I can have my body like how. I used to have it do when. I was in amateur weightlifting contestants when my gym teacher back in the day got me into it because he was a retired weightlifter that used to be in a lot of contests back in the day because I'm trying to get my body back to 235 lbs salad because like right now .I'm just like 225 lbs but. I'm out of sheep right now and. I know you doing your Dallas Cowboys content but. I can try to make some money online and what's the best way on how to do it so. I'll be looking to hear from you on what you got to say on the thing that. I'm asking you about.

    And just like how you said you schedule your day so you can be able to work and do your job and then after that then you can turn around and then work out and that is what .I got to try to get ready to do because of the fact that when. I get up in the morning around 6:30am in the morning before .I do anything. I have to get up and try to do my therapy exercises so .I can be able to get up in the morning and start my day off by washing up and brushing my teeth been laying out my clothes for the day for me so. I can get ready to start my day off in go to work.
