what you need to do is get an android app called open signal from google play, put your 3 sim in your phone and open the app up, and at the bottom of the screen is an arrow on the right hand side, if you turn on location the app will show you where the nearest cell tower is to your location and it will give you an arrow to line up the aerial so that the front of the aerial is facing the tower, even if the aerial is cross polarised as yours is this still seems to matter, you can unscrew the collar on the aerial and lift it from its mounting bracket to adjust its position in the bracket, once you have the aerial lined up with the front flat face pointing in the same direction as the arrow on your phone screen, I suggest you align the aerial using the phone app first then put the sim back into the router, hopefully this helps. Also in the advanced setting of the router once you log into it there are settings that tell the router to look for the external aerial, this is particularly common with Huawei routers.

Thanks. I have the same problem. Going to download that app now. Problem is my house is in a bowl so although I can point to the mat I'm not sure about reflections bouncing the signal off the hill side. Any ideas? Thanks

I read on an online store that the pol 1 doesn’t support frequencies used by 3 and Vodafone in some areas

Ee is the best. Plus you can share 100gb data from the SIM in your hub with all your mobile phones in the family

Unscrew the big nut that the wires go through and the antenna rotates and can be removed from the bracket.

Still here, i haven't been well for a few month now and just didn't have the energy, NOT COVID related. Transmit ion will resume soon i hope, i have a couple of jobs to do on the van and we are supposed to be going to a 1940's weekend on the 21st and thinking about using the go pro.
