No wonder... I thought Shion's voice sounds familiar.

FYI, many Japanese (I think including Shion) dare try to speak English not fluently when they are requested by other Japanese. During childhoods, if one spoke English fluently, the others often laugh saying it's funny. Such experience makes Japanese become more shy to speak English.
