आम आदमी पार्टी की राज्‍यसभा सांसद स्‍वाति मालीवाल की शिकायत पर दिल्‍ली पुलिस ने गुरुवार को एक्‍शन लिया. दिल्‍ली के सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल के पीएम बिभव कुमार के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज कर ली है. उनके खिलाफ आईपीसी की धारा 354, 509, 323 और 506 के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया है. स्‍वाति मालीवाल ने आज ही पुलिस को अपनी लिखित शिकायत दी थी, जिसमें उन्‍होंने कहा कि बिभव ने मुझे थप्पड़ मारा और लात भी मारी. उसने मेरी बॉडी पर हमला किया.
Delhi Police took action on Thursday on the complaint of Aam Aadmi Party Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal. An FIR has been registered against Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal's PM Bibhav Kumar. A case has been registered against him under sections 354, 509, 323 and 506 of the IPC. Swati Maliwal had given her written complaint to the police today itself, in which she said that Bibhav slapped and even kicked me. He attacked my body.
