That was a long walk Bhumi. I did not understand the purpose of the trip (no English captions), but it was a good video. I pray that someday there will be a paved road so that you can buy a motorbike or bicycle. This will make life so much easier for you and your family. In my place Nepali used to make those kind of bread and we called it 'vainu chhangkual' it's a bit sweet very tasty kinda like it very much. Most of the Nepali here are cowherd, kind, good hearted people.

I also asked but no one give specific answer so I remember that I used to have a uni mate who is from Nepal then I asked her, she told me they ate it like chewing gum and it can last for hours in your mouth depends on the quality of the cheese. They also use it as a treat for dogs. Good thing is, it's a healthy snack for human and dogs.

The more you chew the more luscious and rich it tastes and yeah it depends upon the quality of cheese. “Churpi” is the Nepali name of such cheese.

For the goat to graze.its a simple himalayan practise to migrate upward the hill during summer and come down during winter along with the animal.
