Haven't played D2 for a few years now but this was an excellent video. Good job on the day 1, 2 man clear. Calus was always a part of the lore I enjoyed.

Loved witch queen, excellent campaign experience thanks to legendary. I wouldn't say I have much in the way of hardcore sandbox opinions, I kinda just casually go with the flow and enjoy what there is to enjoy, more fun that way.

Impossible to say without seeing the quality tbh. Potential in the concept, but I can't help but be burned and not care after their last attempt at a side mode.

Love the destiny content.

Would you recommend buying the new season? Just started playing again after beating Witch Queen and entirely skipping season of the risen after. I already have a huge backlog of stuff I want to do (pretty much do every raid for the first time, this dungeon, etc.)

I stopped playing D2 after prestige Leviathan, simply because the controller sensitivity has the wackest deadzones. By the time i came back on PC, there was just oo much content (lol) i didnt know where or what i was doing

Was wondering how run did it take to get your tabrabarah (exotic smg) cause that raid was fun and painful grind

I'm a phony on that one sadly, did the raid a few times but I bought it from the kiosk. Had fun duoing the first couple encounters a lot but rarely got a full raid group together

Fractaline donation stonks :) Thanks, yeah those are fun to do. Just uses the warlock 'no guns camera mode glitch' where you either nova bomb or slam a ruinous effigy orb, and instantly start holding down a grenade and keep it held.

Yep, we made one. Can join the discord and check the pinned messages. Most people already had clans but we've got a good number of people who hopped in there to play

That dimension swapping thing was from the Titanfall 2 story, nice detail Bungie throw there

Titanfall was more like time travel, this is hopping between dimensions.

I've tried Destiny 2 for the 1st time a week ago to try it once and for all and when I wanted to play the story mode, my friend told me Bungie literally removed the story missions and they even removed things people bought, calling it "vaulting". That sounded awful to me, so after trying it for an hour while I tried to understand the lore, I gave up and uninstalled it. It's not friendly at all to us new players. And why don't they have a "select what to install" kind of thing like in CoD? My friend got really mad when I asked him that & he started to defend the game like if I was insulting him personally lmao Moral of the story: Don't question anything Destiny related in front of Destiny players if you want to keep being their friends lmao Great commentary man, enjoyed it a lot!

Maybe this is a copypasta lol but yeah, the content vaulting sucks for getting anyone new into the game, both for worldbuilding and for just the size and scope of the game / the experiences to show off. I can see how they were wasting too much dev time supporting and fixing old content to work with new updates though, sounded like it was a necessary evil to go along with their evolving world. Hope they can work more back in someday somehow

It iiis free, but all the fun stuff costs 200$ CAD before you get the full game, it's why I quit during destiny 1's expansion releases. Edit: I really do enjoy these offshoot videos from COD myself, I'd love to see more Destiny content.

Well they did reverse that lol, more than the companies I'm familiar with would do. I understand them needing to find a way to make people care about getting new stuff instead of feeling they already had everything, that just wasn't it, and they acknowledged it.

You’re letting that affect how you think of the game *way* too much. They’ve put out new rolls of sunset weapons plenty, if your enjoyment of the game relied solely on using one of a few extremely meta weapons like the Recluse then I’m not sure why you’re playing a game like Destiny lol.

@@221Prohunter yes indeed i did let it affect my view of the game. But i did not sie the recluse. It is/was the strong PvP smg? I loved the black and red pulse rifle from the mode where you had to throw a bunch of glowing balls at enemys. The mode from the weapons smith.
