WOW they made you something to drink? Wish my Mercedes-Benz dealer was even close to this they barley have a waiting room. They don't even wash my S-Class. It would be nice if my dealership starts getting all this tech soon. That dealership is amazing!

Europeans, especially Swiss and Germans, have a very strong car culture, especially when it gets to the higher end vehicles. If you're in North America, it in-and-out, with a big bill and nothing to show for it. I know, I owned an AMG and, dude, no Merc dealership does this here.

@dash-ryan yes I live in western Texas and like you say in and out and big bill. I see how European dealerships do caterer to people way more than here.
I recently took my GLC in for service. The instant data on tire wear as soon as you pull in is a nice feature
