Deaks skills coaching at its best. "Stand up, feet 50 50, brakes, good to go". How many times did you say, "Just follow me in, you'll be fine"?😅

I love that blue down to the Zore lift, I went off the 5' wooden drop and scared myself, haven't hit the step up gap yet, one day! Stick with it Ness, the learning curve is steep to start with but it doesn't take long to get good enough to do blues and then you're away!

This suprised me, i always thought olly was your missus

Great effort! Riding with other women has helped me progress loads in last few years! Some amazing women’s groups out there now :) like girlsALIVE also some women’s coaching sessions it really is magic

You are a braver man that me Ben.

I /we love you Ben and have seen plenty of your riding skills but I'd love to see more of you and Ness and her Progression just don't leave her to show us what we all know , your one of the best. I hope this doesn't cone across the wrong way i wait for your Edits and all the Gang of friends from the Jones brothers to Bren Dog but I'd bet more of Teaching with Ness will have a lot of views.

I loved the "stop being negative". It's exactly what I say to my missus when we do similar things. Fair play to her for trying, think we sometimes forget what it's like being a complete newb.

Got to be honest I’m not a big of negative comments when it’s someone’s first time. We’ll done Ness for trying, you did well, if you keep going you’ll get addicted, it’s the best sport in the world. Just thought of something, take her to meet Rachel Atherton and all the other female mtbers you know, they’ll encourage her. Women’s mtb is some of the best riding in the world, I wish I a tenth of their skill.

Also probably with the right size bike. She did well though for her first time, every credit to her.

Felt some sympathy for Ness, a bit too much initially to gain that much needed confidence and fun factor necessary to get to to love off road trail riding. But hey what do I know....Ness was a good sport and it made for good viewing.

no progression with woman's on track😂 now I regret taking my one but she has new bike so ..Im f#cked😅😢💩
