i use the vitalproteins chocolate collagen powder for hot cocoa ... i just warm water up in the microwave and then mix 1/2 a serving of the powder in the mug IT IS SO GOOD PLS TRY IT

Those potatoes looked good the way you made them. You might also try baking them. All you have to do is put them on a flat sheet at ~375 degrees, and they go about 10-15 minutes per side, depending on how crispy you like them. It's really good.
