I dont think the 300 is boner inducing. Dont get me wrong. Its cool as shit with a can on the end. But past that 2 main problems. Its chicken shit at range. And availability. I know a bunch of guys who are packing it for "shtf" But then I ask them. Where do you buy ammo? "I order it online" Thats when they lose me. If the world falls apart tomorrow. Amazon and gun broker wont be delivering. You are stuck with what you pick up off of dead people or borrow from the local store. For me, I went back to basics. 9, 556, 12. Most people have at least one of them on hand.

Mike you make a good point. With that said it comes down to we’re are people got to go first? Supplies like food medicine shelter and so on. Gun shop that you frequent and trade food for ammo. Unless on day 1 one your gunshop friends will shoot you for your food. 😅 I have heard of groups of friends having a group plan for bug out situations. Stronger either solo or in groups. Safe in groups you may just off people if it’s you vs everyone trying to get home. It’s the fact that groups are loud you can not know people’s motives but if your in a group you can assimilate stragglers till you have a army then that’s when things get bad like the army gathering resources from the weaker till they meet someone equal in number then they join forces. So if you don’t want to be alone at all times I suggest get some friends that you can make a team with practice together and stuff kinda a tall order but remember seals have brothers vets have brothers the civilians have each other but they are not united by a common experience so we don’t know. Civil war would be extremely bad but an invasion or a enemy for outside will unite civil and vet and god have mercy on them because we will not. 😢 the sad reality of fighting for your very existence. 😅 I already said to much sorry for the Long comment.
