I was thinking the other days. For me as a beginner crossfiter (1 year) having to create my WOD based on what equipment I have at home it's a little challenging. Our trainer is making us workouts to do at home, but I want to focus on my weak points. 😬 And I would like to ask you if you can make a video explaining the basic of wod creation. What flow to follow or how to divide the wod (eg. a part for weightlifting practice, one for an AMRAP and another for strength)? I would really appreciate your advice!

I made a DIY bamboo/earthquake bar with a 3/4" oak dowel inside a 1" PVC pipe. Capped it. Marked it. Got some red bands and strung my Kettlebells on it. Great for rehab/prehab and burn out holds at the end of a session. Not sure what the full weight rating would be. I'm 175-180 and could put it in the j-cups and bounce up and down forcefully on it with no worries of it breaking.

Love the channel and these DIY projects been planning out a home DIY pulley system myself. I appreciate that you guys mentioned paying attention to the various load ratings to ensure safety. for background I have an extensive rope rescue and rigging back ground there is one thing you missed by redirecting the rope 180deg at the top you actually double the force at that point. So if you hang a 50lb weight off of it you actually create a 100lbs of force at the top something to keep in mind.

I would like to me a suggestion, would it be possible to list all the items purchased in each of the future videos in the description section? Love the channel. I mix between home made, titan, rogue, yes 4 all, weider..... Before i bought a good plyo box i remember buying cynder blocks from home depot for 3 dollars each and i used liquid nail to stack them once i needed to create a higher step. total cost was under 20 bucks and it let me know if plyo was something i would use if i bought one.

@@Kristi-Eramo-OConnell hey ty for answering! I found the vid and i tried it but seems the "magic button" technique suits me better but am falling like 10 cm short to get my torso over the bar and then extend. Guess ill have to hammer it more but grip tends to fail after a while of trying.

So 2 ideas came to me as I was watching your video. I liked the idea of the Hidrolic tube, So why not add Hidrolic weights to your system. And on the pull down line, It ocured to me that if you were to braid a few inches of the Handel end you could add several karabenners into the line and be able to use a varity of handles at varing points along that part of the line. I've been looking for a machine that I love at my commercial gym, But cann't seem to find it. What it is is a set up or seated ab crunch, With pullies and a in closed weight plate wrack. So I am working with a carpenter friend to try to build one for me. I'm thinking about using the Hydrolic weight system. So I don't need to store a full wrack of weight plates
