I lived in the 90s and I have to say this sort of music was my salvation from some of crap produced then. As an 80s child the variation available then was good, however Gary Barlow had to get the recognition he deserved in the millennium which isn't right at all. Robbie good but Gary Barlow he is something else entirely.

TT originally split in early 1996 ( creatively they had no where else to go as there 3erd album was OK, it only had 4 good songs , albums 1 & 2 had pretty much the whole album of goodness ) . boyzone was starting to become stars when TT left , the spice girls would be superstars by December 1996

Underrated?!?! Sweetheart, especially girls threatened committing suicide, so extra telephone lines were set up by the government when the group broke up - I don't think we've ever seen that kind of trauma in a nation and in Europe as well, but especially in Britain, caused by a (music) group before, well not since The Beatles!

Gary Barlow, you genius.

They had the whole package, the 5 of them were gorgeous, but the most important thing they did their own songs, a classic amazing pop songs!

TT at their very peak. In 2022 still sounds as fresh as the first time I heard it in 93.

30 years ago this week, this song came into the charts! Still have it on my Hits 93 volume 4 CD!

I have to say that this song and video blew my mind when it came out in the summer of '93. It proved beyond doubt that Take That were not just another boy band.

They weren’t a one hit wonder in Australia .. they managed 5 singles including a No. 1 single with Back For Good … Robbie Williams kept them spinning with his ongoing hits after Take Thats chart success had faded in Australia 😀

This song is stunning....Gary is an amazing and emotive songwriter....He's up there with the greats, but doesn't get enough credit cause of the attached 'stigma' of 'boyband'....but this 'boyband' were never just your average boyband...They are incredible TT5 FTW

Yep, they are the GOAT. Only East 17 could get close to them really, but they didnt have anywhere near the longevity TT had. Everybody else were simply 'also rans'.

Pray will be 30 yrs old in july 2023 Seriously where did time go.

It's such a beautiful, heartfelt song.

Gary's written some great songs.

It was the early 90's and there were so much happiness and joy in the air! Ppl use to enjoy life, and I discovered for the first time this song from Take That saying something like: "Aw this song it's cool, and those Take That are not bad!" and then I became one of her fans around the world with posters hanged on the walls of my room. These were the years of Beverly Hills 90210, Grunge music, cute flower dresses, good music and I was a teenager so full of hope and dreams! I miss so much these happy years regretting this horrible future we'r living now! 😢

I watch this video every morning before I went to campus. It is a great song from the greatest boy band ever. They are sexy but still masculine. God...I love 90's.

This was probably the first TT song I have ever heard. My dad (funnily enough not my mom 😅) bought the "Everything Changes" album and Gary's voice seemed otherworldly to me when I was a kid. The bridge was always my favourite part of the song 😊.

This band were my absolute life when I was a teenager. I ate, slept and dreamt Take that. Mark Owen was my 1st love and his face adorned my walls in posters from smash hits magazine and I never understood how people preferred Robbie. There will never be another band like them. I remember waking up one day when I was 15 and their new song "how deep is your love" was playing on t.v so I quickly turned it up to hear, only to be told they were splitting. My world crashed that day!!
