Recipe and ingredients:
120 g oat flakes.
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds.
1 tablespoon of baking powder.
1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar.
250 ml of hot milk.
1 banana.
40 g of dates.
40 g dried apricots.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C (356F).
80 g of dark chocolate.
