Yeah I was confused at first but the second investigator says "I found this as well" and if you watch back, he hands her a white powder which i presume is cocaine. Also you cannot get a distribution charge for small amounts of marijuana, so it definitely is about the white powder/ziplock bag that the mother got from the guy in the car.
