Hi. I bought new home with this system installed. It's stopped working now, I can't log in , I think membership expired. Is there any way to login? I need just basic ac control on my phone. I don't have security cameras or other things like devices. Any chance login for basic ac control ?

1) The thermostats that most if not all alarm companies offer cannot accept multi zone systems and communicate with zone boards. Can this one do it? What about communicating HVAC systems offered by Trane and others? 2) Where is the power coming from for the entry keypad. I am told it has to be plugged in to 120 volts by punching a hole into the adjacent wall and running a cord. Is this correct? Why didn't you show this? I am not at all impressed with Alarm.com equipment.

For security reasons. If they enabled that ability then an intruder can try to unlock with his voice.

Neo keypad? Rip that out and put an IQ2plus. We just installed the IQ2plus in a 17k sqf house. 22 smart light switches, 6 Alarm.com thermostats, 3 smart locks, 2 remote keypads. Wish we could do more than 6 tstats. Customer has 9 in the home.
