When my son was a baby and was fussy, all we had to do was put this CASSETTE into the CASSETTE PLAYER and turn it on and he would go right to slee in just a few seconds! It worked EVERY time. I can’t tell you how many times we panicked because the CASSETTE ribbon got stuck in the player and I’m trying to wind it back in with a pencil or my pinky finger! 🤣. Those were the days! Life was trying but worth living with music like this

My Mother passed away in 1990 and my sister boyfriend told me to listen to this cause i was so down and as god is my witness i listen to this song all the way from Newyork to Atlanta and when I got there i felt like a load had been lifted i felt better thank you take 6 Iam sorry it took so long to respond but Iam listening to you again tonight because i just lost someone dear to my heart that passed away.

Take 6, the lord and all of us with love in our hearts were always here waiting…..🙏💖 I’m soo sorry for your loss… I’ve lost too many friends growing up and this album always got me through the toughest times. I was lucky enough to be born into a musical family and heard this At around 7 or 8 yrs old. The fact that every single sound here comes from the human body ie: voices and finger snaps is something angelic in itself. The lords rays are shining on us, act in light..🙏

This album got me through the passing of my dad...a man of great integrity who loved his family...a real man of Yah (God)...January 1992...I love you daddy and always will. May you rest in the arms of Yahshua until the resurrection.

Had the opportbity to hear the group live in concert here in Dallas once. It was not only an excellent concert, but I had the opportunity to meet the group after the concert (first in line!) and visit with them for a few minutes. They were all very kind and spent time visiting with each person who was in line. They are not only an exceptional group, but are truly ambassadors of the gospel.

After a hard day...just lay back, listen, thank God for his mercy and drift off to sleep!

God was nowhere near when my father died of covid in April 2020 .. get a grip, you US religious, zealot fanatics - he’s nowhere in sight

Whatever they did on record, they replicated live and on the spot w/o any silly excuses. This song just uplifts my lil' spirit. Merv sounded superb. You just press play and let it do what it do. You never have to skip a song. I wish the industry would let at least one brotha sang like this again. Just one, dang.

This is one of my top 3 favorite gospel songs of all times from a male gospel group. I absolutely love this song. I wish that I could write music in this style. That would be such a great blessing in my life.

I fell in love with their sound the instant I heard them 30 years ago! When they came to Tokyo, I was there the first 3 or 4 times - right up front and back stage. I got to meet the fabulous Mervyn Warren (a previous stellar member) and was just flabbergasted! Take 6, you guys are the real deal. Congratulations on your success!🤗

I've heard this song in 1998. Of course, this song was already released in USA, 1988 when I was 1 year old. Their voices are so perfectly harmonious that I'd like to say 'extremely awesome.'

This song will always rang true and should be played everyday, just to remind people that Our God is a Great and Mighty God! Peace!

My Basic Training Battle Sister just reminded me on FB of how we played this song everyday, just to get through! That was 30 yrs ago and we three are still close and we get together maybe once a decade. Life long friendships are established through the major life experiences you have together not necessarily the daily - weekly or monthly interaction. These sisters got my back for life!
