Pori has different colored eyes because (this is a bit of a spoiler for TGT so stop reading if you don’t want to be spoiled) he is a monster, and can enter a monster form where his other eye also turns black and he begins crying black tears. This form is so powerful that even Satan fears him, and it’s able to easily defeat an opponent that Silver needed his Super form to even drive away.

Fun fact scourge green design was inspired by ashura if you don't know who ashura is in sonic 2 there is a sprite glitch where you use debug mode to place alot of waterfalls and go back as sonic he will be green and ashura is a fan name (btw i mean the design as in the comics)

Well it starts off with him being mr L when the one side chick of evil count Blek brainwashed Luigi and then he fights Mario a few time in Super Paper Mario. Then Luigi is brought back near the end and everyone finds out that Luigi is mr L, ah shocker. Then Dimenti-o uses the dark heart to turn Luigi into his god like mech thing and you have the final boss fight.
