Was looking for tai chi to help ease my depression. Just found these vids and I want to thank you because they're easy to follow for a lay person like me, who's doing this for the first time. Still getting mixed up with the breath (out and in) but I expect I'll get it right with practice. Thank you very much, Leia!

I'm recovering from severe brachial plexus nerve damage which left me without the use of my right arm for more than a year. After 7 months of physical therapy, I decided to resume Tai Chi, but wanted to start slowly. These lessons have been ideal! Thank you!
These tai chi vids are really great. I have started doing them everyday and really feel better. It's relaxing but also juices up my joints for the day. Thank you for your lovely, and caring instruction. Very calming!
Today was my first attempt. My feeling: that was cool! Love this series. Thank you

I have always wanted to learn Tai Chi. Love the setting and the music on this first module and I am staying with this module until I feel more confident in the sequence of movements. It’s good to create a habit that is so calming. 🙏
thankyou for making these videos, i can feel the difference in my anxiety within 30 seconds of doing your videos, some of the other people doing tai chi vids are to fast or just show the move once and go onto a next one, i need full slow guidence with this and need to be helped with the breathing, all of which you have in your videos, i havnt found another channel as good as this for the things i need to feel better, your ones hit the spot every time, so thankyou for my sanity lol
Thank you for this series. I am somewhat clumsy and your explanations and movements are easy to follow.

I have returned to practising now during the state quarantine, thank you for help.
I like this because you make it so much easier to understand by following your actions I can learn much faster than some of the other tai chi instructors.
Thank you. Doing these exercises each morning are really helping me deal with my stress.
DAY 9 WITH YOU! ALREADY DO I FEEL SOMETHING GOOD HAPPENING IN MY BODY! THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS YOU.
I have only done a few of your videos but i love them. Perfect for me as a beginner. Ill be back every day.

Thank You. I've been dealing with severe muscle imbalance from spine injuries for years now and these are helping. Blessings to you.
I've been recovering from an old pectoral injury that flared up again & also costochondritis due to it, which has left me feeling a lot of anxiety. Exercise used to be something I looked forward to but now I feel a little nervous. So I've been doing gentle yoga and stretching. For whatever reason I wanted to do Tai Chi & I'm so glad I did, the nervous energy of my body feels released and I feel so much lighter. Thank you for these wonderful videos🙏🏼
First try at module two, I like the new move set, and will get the hang of it eventually. For various reasons I didn't do any tai chi practice for 4 days, got back into last night, and you are right, I really noticed the difference in my emotional/mental well being having not done it, as soon as I did, I felt so grounded and amazing. Take now for instantce, before this I had a headache and wanted to sleep, now the headache has eased off, and I have a bit more energy about it, and I'm feeling very calm. Thank you thank you

Hey! I was just diagnosed with AS this year (though I’ve had symptoms for a few years) and the medication has helped immensely but I’m in a flare right now and my typical yoga practice is too strenuous so I am also trying tai chi! Here’s to both of us living happy and healthy lives
Thank you, I’ve joined a group who are way too fast at the moment for me. so this is fabulous to get myself into the flow. ❤️
I've learned more quickly off these lessons than I did off a tai chi practitioner in China. I like the laid back manner and practical attitude that it doesn't need to be perfect, just do it and feel better. By closely mimicking the movements of somebody who is obviously very proficient at it, the student should also, given time, be reasonably good too. If I follow this course closely enough, any Chinese person who sees me will hopefully think, Hey that foreigner knows tai chi. Not that looking cool is a good reason to do it, but a celebrity chef who impresses local people by acing their local cuisine, must feel quite good about it. A bit of an ego boost is also healthy for the mind so thanks on quite few different levels.

Even better, you can order online on aliexpress a cool Tai Chi uniform so when you practice you will look even more proficient!! Trust me it works hahaha.
With the warm up I’ve now made it to Tai Chi 15 minutes a day! The more I practice the more I want to practice, it feels so good!

Thank you Leia… this is truly the best beginners` class. I like also the non spoken review at the end, like meditation in movement, Great for insomnia.
Today I decided I needed to get back to exercising. I have some health limitations, but I thought Tai Chi would be a good option. I felt like this video explained and showed the moves well, and it already feels good to start moving again.
I did lesson 1 till I could remember every move, Ive noticed that this lesson is faster paced- I often found myself going too fast with the first lesson and now too slow in the second. I did it four times so I had the form down. Im loving this.
