No - it is seasonal (after snow melts in late winter/early spring through early summer - remember it's 30-50 degrees difference between palm springs and the top of San Jacinto mountain) @@Handlebizzness1st

I was twice on the trial but never to waterfall, should I go there one more time.Nice video by the way.
