Yup. My first Swiss watch as well. Formula 1, quartz. Now I have a Rolex, Breitling, omega, grand Seiko and Tudor. But I still wear my Formula 1. It’s a true beater and keeps ticking.

@@NH-bz9jv I actually know a guy, his daily driver is a box standard Fiat 500, but he has a collection of classic cars to super cars ranging from £20.000,- to £ 2.000.000,- So, judging by your comment, you have no money, because I am not rich, but my daily driver is actually cheaper than my daily Omega watch.

As a complete novice when it comes to watches and having never owned a timepiece worth more than £500, I can’t wait to get my hands on this. Looks beautiful but will be going for the yellow ringed version. Thank you for your honest review on this 👍

Bought this exact model 1 week ago. I can say that they've updated the clasp and it is much better quality now. It's now a thicker plate and not a thin pressed piece anymore.

Just got this watch as a gift I’m very happy with it 👌🥂

Wife bought me this for my 50th. I’ve longed for a decent watch. As an “average man” couldn’t be happier to get a premium watch.

I own the reverse panda version of this watch. Have been wearing it for 3 years and I have to say, it hasn't let me down, once, is built like a tank and looks great. I love it to bits and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality, sporty, grab 'n go watch that will serve them for many years. Oh, and btw, I bought my first TAG Heuer watch almost 30 years ago and currently own 4. Never had a problem with any of them.

For me automatic watch is not about snobbery. I got a watch from my father 30 years ago and left it in the drawer for years and completely forgot about it until I remember it again and wear it and still working. It brought a lot of memories you know. My dad passed away but the watch is still alive 😭 I have another quartz that I forgot about for years and the battery leaked and destroyed the watch movement.

Boy just bought this watch on the Mardi Gras ship but I have the yellow ring inside pretty watch. I’m satisfied

Best part of maturity is realizing i dont need or want an automatic watch, they are a big pain! I appreciate my tags, seikos, victornox, even my casios and luminox, i lost my rolex and have no plans to replace it!

It’s hard when 90% of youtube watch influencers doesnt cover TH as much, especially the F1. It took me months and I finally pulled the trigger on the used market. Gave it a bit of cleaning. It is a beautiful watch, super sporty which I dont have in my collection. Put it on a leather strap and it’s almost dressy. I’d say it is a greay watch as long as you get it 2nd hand.

I am amazed at how many scratches are already on the watch. How long have you been wearing it? Even my cheap watches from Fossil don't look like this after I've worn them every day for years. For a watch that costs 1600 euros, I find that very strange.

Mate even a Rolex or Patek will scratch this like this, the finish on it is very nice and when you scratch it, it’ll show. It’s just stainless steel, it’ll scratch.

Or.... I would rather wear a $2000 watch for my outdoor activities rather than my Seamster 300 Chrono or Breitling Avenger. Nobody wants to bust up a $7000 watch. The Tag Heuer F1 is perfect for that role.

I don’t know what this guy is talking about. My automatic formula one is a fantastic watch. I can leave it in my watch case for weeks and it still keeps perfect time. Maybe mine is a newer version compared to this video but it is a beautiful, exceptional time piece. And in my opinion much more interesting piece than a boring over priced Rolex.

Poor guy

I like these. Carrera’s are nice, and used there are great. This would be fine, at like $600. The problem is that even used these are far more than that. Buy the Carreras really are nice.

a watch having an eta or quartz mechanism is worth nothing. its purely a scam. pure cost of manufacturing is below 200 dollars
