I preordered this album and before I listen the album here... I have to say that I am really proud of this girl. Although her depression, she is going on and keep fighting. She deserves this and the love of everyone of us.

@@user-tz3ck6uc2p I don't see why you'd need proof that someone is not well, but media websites like soompi wrote about this. She was having a Q&A on Instagram stories. Someone asked if she had bipolar disorder "tsk tsk" like it was something to be ashamed of. She responded that no, it was depression, and "Whether it’s depression or bipolar disorder, please don’t ‘tsk’ and treat people disrespectfully. They are all patients who are suffering." You can look it up easily using Google.

@@PlanA2013 At least you're being respectful about wanting to know more. You can probably just look for the soompi article using Google and find it easily. Type Taeyeon depression or something, should come up easily.

I commented cuz people spread rumors and the media sites you mentioned like soompi, allkpop, koreaboo, etc. just make things worse by escalating things into a problem that was a non-issue in the first place. For example, those sites posted one of her instagram photo of only her saying "i'm sorry". (Which could mean anything) But those tabloid sites put people into a panic. Then.. not even 24 hours later she posted a happy photo of her smiling with christmas tree. So we can't jump to conclusions on everything a idol post on their social media, photos, or their words. I just don't want people to assume she is always depressed 24/7.

Purpose II???!! ... I like Taeyeon, but I don't like SM Entertainment's merchandise plans. This made me feel that buying the first Purpose album was not sincere.

To add 3 new songs? I would like this SM company to include new songs in the next brand new album. My 「Purpose」 album suddenly loses its meaning, and it's the deluxe version.

Not only SM does that, almost every other kpop company does this, I know it's not fair, it's just a way to get more money from fans... They add a few more songs, call it a repackaged version and sell the same album again :/

You can usually buy the individual songs on itunes for a small price. That way, you don't have to pay for a full album just for 3 new songs. Another alternative is to, whenever a Korean artist releases in album, wait somewhere between 1 - 3 months for the repacked version, instead of buying the first one.
