I find it so interesting that GD's solo song Lie was BB's breakout song and Taeyangs solo song Still life was there breakthrough song. It reintroduced them to the new kpop terrain

I became interested in K-Pop a couple of years ago, so I am fairly new to it, but have delved into it through BTS. Since then, I found SHINee, 2PM, Super Junior,and then BigBang. I have biases in all the groups, but I first saw Taeyang in VIBE, and was instantly struck by his talent and good looks. I began to research all things Taeyang and BigBang, and realized how much I loved their music. The rhythms, beats, change ups from major to minor chords, visuals and the melodies all appealed to exactly what my ears and eyes craved to hear and see. However, I could not take my eyes off of Taeyang. His dance moves are incredible, and I love his voice. He’s also so handsome! What appeals to me the most is that he appears to be just a very good person, who strives to correct any perceived personal flaws and puts in the effort to produce material that fans will enjoy. The last thing I must mention is the love story he has with his lovely wife Min Hyo Rin. “Eyes, Nose, Lips” is one of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard, and the hurt, angst and intensity in the way Taeyang sang it made my heart ache for his lost love. So, when I read his story, and the fact that they re-connected, got married and had a son just made me love him! I pray that they will always love each and continue to do what it takes to keep their family together, and that Taeyang will continue to have a rewarding and prosperous career. His latest album is beautiful!

@@saiyongdawn7756 They have not officially disbanded, they are still together, they're just focusing in solo projects for the time being, GDragon is the only member who is still signed by YG entertainment, Taeyang is with THEBLACKLABEL which is an associate company of YG Entertainment, Daesung is with R&D Company and T.O.P. has not signed an exclusive contract yet, I'm not sure but they are all still part of BIGBANG even though they are in different companies.

Love how raw and honest this album is. Thank you Taeyang for coming back even though it wasn't easy, for documenting this whole process and letting us understand your feelings leading up to now better, for putting bigbang first when you passed on the chance to sing still life as a solo song and for making the decisions you thought were best for yourself. Forever grateful for this album as well and we're always going to be here with you!
