You said everything there needs to be said about Taemin. He is THE ARTIST of a lot of people’s lives, including mine. He’s not only inspirational to K-pop idols but to regular people. Every time he releases new music there’s so many layers to his art. I love this man.

I know a lot of ARMY would disagree (I’m an ARMY) but I just think that BTS themselves would say the exact same thing about Taemin being the king/trendsetter lmao. Taemin stays true to himself as an artist and performer. I have the utmost respect for him and how he is authentically himself in his music and delivery. I agree with you both that the direction of kpop has shifted towards more western sounds which takes away of why we listen to kpop in the first place. I'm so glad he's back and I can't wait to witness the continuation of his artistry.

This is a fucking masterpiece. I love the whole album, but especially "Blue". It's GORGEOUS. If you haven't watched his "Suchwita" episode yet, I highly recommend it. Yoogi basically spends the whole episode telling Taemin how great he is and how many idols look up to him. And there's another special guest! 😉🐣

Just go back and watch their debut "Replay" when they were babies.. They hit the road running. Taemin's Danger set his direction, his work on "Move" with the Japanese dancer Koharu Sugawara really levelled up his dance... he has worked so hard on his voice. I've been waiting for his return and I love Guilty. The Rizzness is also great.. The recent KBS live performance where they did Move and The Rizzness with La Chica dancers Rian and Gabee was awesome.. Check it out!

Heard someone point out that they felt/saw/heard Move and Criminal within this mv. I went back and watched Guilty again and I could see Move movements here, not the exact movements but the feel, the patience before performing the move. Not sure if this make sense. lol
