Honestly I wasn’t interested in Taemin I knew of him because he danced with Jimin so I knew he was a dancer but that’s all I knew. One thing I’ve notice since watching this mv this man can dance like he’s a good dancer. I always say more is less this video is perfect example of tbh the song is great but some of his moves are so subtle and so captivating this man is so smooth and it’s very obvious that’s he’s sexy and confident but it doesn’t comes off cringy and that’s what I don’t like about some of these idols they try so hard to be overly sexy and it’s so cringy honestly. 🤦🏾‍♀️.

I didn’t find the nakedness sexy. Taem’s sexiness lies in his eyes, in how he moves. This felt more like he was baring himself. Not a concept with elaborate costumes but himself with his tattoos and everything he went through, the darkness he faced that left marks on him, that made him who he is, that people judge.

I just wanna give extra props to the dancers because they are so good and have been working so hard since Don't Call Me. Also Shinee is one of the few groups who use both male and female dances constantly in the dances and they REALLY use them to enhance their performance. I love them.

Yes, Taemin always has fire backup dancers. I recognise a couple from Criminal and Idea, and maybe one from Move? They are clearly top notch, and able to keep up with this dance god. I also appreciate that SHINee frequently uses co-ed dance troupes. The energy they bring is amazing. I have to say, Taem looked *particularly* good with his girl gang during Move performances though. Sexy as all hell, and they made it look effortless.

i think taemin meant that he doesn-t want to look "just sexy". he wants to convey a message with his dance and also the clothes take a part into it. so he isn't just sexy, him being half naked is functional to the storyline he is telling to the people who watch. but taemin is handsome so he just naturally comes out also really hot lol but behind his showing skin there is so much more. he is metaforically showing his true self by stripping half naked. it's not being hot for the sake of being hot and making the fans go crazy. i mean that is a natural consequence but shawols are also able to see the intention behind it. the whole verse about his torso is linked to him showing off for the first time his tattoo for which he was criticized at first for example.

The concept is very mature. Feels a bit of tragedy, a bit of 'My life my way'. It has strength and stubbornness into it. Which is why I absolutely loved it compared to all the other kpop songs out there that still portrays puppy love, vulnerability and breakups. This is strong, visually and notes wise..AHHHH I absolutely congratulate Taemin for this. He has done so well and I hope he enjoyed it as much as we did.

Yes true! His sexiness is not in the body. He is showing off his sexy, sensual vibe more with his eyes and his dance. The expression is damn good. His body is part of the expression. I always admire how he show and transcend his emotion through his eyes. This MV is another piece of art. I love his criminal song + the MV was superb but this is in a whole new level. Right up there with Jjong. The hyungs love Taemin, and we love to see it.

I love how after all these years Taemin still seeks the approval of his hyungs and how each of them shows up for Taemin. Minho for the MV reveal, today is was Key with him as Taemin did ComeBack stage and Onew at the Beyond Live Concert. They are truly a family and love one another and May 31st they will be there to see Taemin off to the military as they did everyday walking him to school and seeing all of this is our beloved Jonghyun from heaven smiling down.

Even though Taemin is grown he's still a baby with his hyungs.

You can see how strict he is with himself even when he is watching it with Minho he is focused on every frame, Taemin is always working hard and determinated to go beyond himself always, I admire him so much.

I totally agree with you all there are many idols and there are going to be more but none is going to be like Lee Taemin

No but i just feel so emotional! All his hyungs being back from military to support his comeback. It just feels different, you know? Of course Want and Criminal were both still wonderful successes but just having all his family members there from the beginning, it just hits different.

*Everybody knows how Minho cherish Taemin the most in SHINee, keeps spoiling or teasing him but let's be honest here, whenever Minho is asked about sth related to Taemina he tried to be direct & supportive more than ever & whenever Taemina is around Minho it gives a whole different vibe that I can't deny!*

Minho gave exact comments, emphasized details, praised Taemin, dancers, song, mv, effects, outfits... and he was genuine, kind and sincere. What a great person and true pro!

I like how Minho isn't even surprised at Taemin in the crop top outfit and sitting his tattoos, because he's seen it probably so many times already xD

태민이는 이제 그냥 신의 경지에 오른 느낌.. 아이돌이라고 표현 못하겠음 그냥 한명의 예술가.

Seeing Taemin stretching his talent to new levels is so wholesome. He took lots of risk by trying something totally different, and I'm applauding to his music genious and bravery. Taemin’s longer hair reminds me of back in the day when he had that long honey brown hair as a teen in the earlier stages of Shinee. I love the concept of Advice and I agree with Minho, the song obviously tells a story of sorts, one where taemin is baring himself to the audience, if there were more outfits then the attention would be drawn away from the point of the song and instead towards his outfits, the importance of a story lies in what’s written and not what’s on the cover, if it was...it wouldn’t be a story but a decoration piece.

thats a really beautiful reaction, minho is a sweet person and very considering. Teamin surely wanted to express something different through this song and it comes out smoothly. I am in love with the song, the composition fits teamin perfectly and his performance brings it on a very high level. its so detailed and subtle. he really knows how to measure his energy.

This young man is such a true artist of our times. His music, song, and dance should always be loved and respected for the artistic values in his videos.

I don't recall ever listening to kpop before in my life, but I really enjoyed Advice (so much so I gave some other songs a listen and looked into who Taemin is). The visuals were great, the dancing was spectacular, I'm still listening to it because I really enjoy it and it's also really fun trying to piece it all together and find things i hadn't noticed before. Looking forward to more from this artist, who knows what time in military service will do for his art.

I hope SHINee reactions to SHINee members never stop, I LOVE THEM SOOOO MUCH.

I've been following since 2013- Taemin has grown so much in personal expression over the years- it's clear he is powerful in creative composition as he is a poet with his voice/movement. He is an artist who isn't afraid to take risks and be vulnerable in what he wants to impart or construct. I hope he has the support he needs in such a stressful craft, and that he takes good care of himself. he will always be an inspiration just by being himself.

I agree with Minho on literally everythingggggggg, it's a beautiful and impactful song!! And like, the sexiness, while apparently not intended, isn't overbearing or anything, like I think Taemin is way too humble to realize that his entire aura as a performer is naturally sexy! It's fascinating seeing Taemin taking in the things he has learned from working on this release with the intention of improving and doing better (by his standards) for when he comes back next. No matter what though, fans (and casual listeners etc) will always be impressed by Taemin in whatever he does, if only for how passionate and masterful he is in his craft. Obviously, I'm saddened that he won't get to focus on what he loves most while in the military, but his body of work, along with all of SHINee's, is intricate and timeless, I don't think you can ever really get sick of listening to his stuff! I'm also hoping that he gains more reassurance and confidence in his own decisions and talent through his military service!!!! Taemin and SHINee 4ever

While it’s impossible to say that Taemin doesn’t look sexy in any of his works, Advice really communicates power and vulnerability better at the first go!! Style wise it feels extremely personal and I love the peculiarity in that. Sexy is not a bad thing he just doesn’t want it to dominate the piece!! I’d say it’s super well done!!

I love how Taemin is comfortable in his body and is able to properly express whatever he wants to with his eyes, the way he moves his hands or any part of his body.. he is very artistic in his nature and all his MVs draw you into this vibrant alternate universe... And I LLLOOOVVVEEE the long hair look. He pulled it off like he was born for it!!!!

you could see taemin being critical of himself while watching the video, hes such a perfectionist! its wonderful how minho reassured him

@@teumeengene9987 yaaaa i too thought it was an effect but it hurt him. that was shocking to hear its like in "Hold On" MV JB there was a breaking glass scene in which the cameraman really got hurt because of the glass shards and had to get stiches. JB did not get much hurt because he wore some thicker cover and all and was the one breaking it, so he just passed through it. I guess it was about the same thing for Taemin. Car foreglass is made up of layers, so when it breaks, it doesnt break like normal glass. its shards arent as sharp but plasticy, but it will still hurt a bit.

All the inputs of Minho are so impressive He pointed everything which we would ever like to tell Taemin

I remember when they first debuted, Minho was so quiet and shy and Taemin took care of him. The Min Maknae line was always off in their own world. I’m glad Minho is now more comfortable in his own skin and takes care of Taemin well as a hyung and always supports him. 💙
