The Fanclub Edition still can be ordered via the official Japanese Fanclub until April 15. After that the Fanclub edition won't be available for purchase any longer.
If you aren't part of the Japanese fanclub you can still order the FC version via group orders on Twitter. You can check out shinee_jpnkr for example. Just a head's up though...due to its size the shipping of the FC edition is incredibly expensive. TT____TT
