У Чимина владение корпусом - как у папперов, владение бедрами - как у бальников, владение ступнями - как у танцора контемпорари, плечевой пояс, растяжка и выворотность стоп - как у балетных. Не забывайте про его руки. Он очень умело владеет руками. Кисти всегда вытянуты. Это даёт эффект законченности элементов. Всегда у него движения ладоней и рук нежно переходящие плавные как это делают танцоры балета. Это природный талант. Он это делает незадумываясь. Обожаю следить за его руками. Очень уж он красив на сцене. А ещё он связывает своё лицо с камерой. Заметьте как он держит концентрацию на зрителе через камеру. Именно это делает его эффектным, уникальным танцором.

winter bear...really, I can’t watch this stage without feeling uneasy... Knowing fully well what caliber dancer Jimin is and seeing him having issues with timing and being on beat was hard to watch...and now knowing it was because his body was failing him takes me back to when I saw this the first time!! You could just feel something was off... I knew something wasn’t right, and today there are clips of it too...this is the performance where Jimin collapsed as he and Taemin were walking off stage!!

Honestly I'm an equal opportunist and I feel that they both did very well together. Taemin is of course the eldest and also has been dubbed the best dancer in kpop and for jimin to get that chance is an honor for him and you know he has made his way to the top as well to even dance with taemin. They're both not humans in my opinion and this was absolute perfection I'm not going to say anything else because this just screams masterpiece and that's all that needs to say I'm tired of people taking just one side I mean I know you're a fan of one and probably not the other (technically me aka shawol) 😅 they both did OUTSTANDING.

Taemin seems to not end out all the moves, it does look elegant and lighter. Jimin on the other hand ends the moves and you are right, he shows his passion in his dance. For me, i prefer the passion, the little wildness over the lighter style. And both look hella amazing! ♥

I totally agree. He is able to dance to any style masterfully but also adapt it to make it his own. For me Jimin is the best dancer in K-pop and maybe even the world currently. However, people discredit him because he’s in BTS and they are popular. He’s so versatile. I could watch him dance forever. Many other dancers are great in one genre, but Jimin is excellent in all genres. He creates art that makes you feel. However, just like any other art, it’s subjective. I personally prefer Jimin over other K-pop dancers. I think he’s the best, but that’s just my humble opinion.

In a short interview, Jimin referred to Taemin as his hyung and that to dance with Taemin is considered a gift to. him. These two are hardcore talented dancers. They shouldn't be compared to each other, they have different styles. Being a dancer, I noticed that Jimin dances with so much emotion and just FLOOOWWWS with the music as he is trained in contemporary dance, while Taemin is precise and powerful. Both are formidable and extraordinary. I bet they were just enjoying the performance, you could see from their smiles.

@Harmon McCraw you should watch some of Jimins solo work. He is a beautiful dancer. Both Taemin and Jimin are top notch, just 2 different styles is all. You have to keep in mind that Jimin was classically trained in contemporary dance. That in itself highly impacts all of his work. Dig into Jimin a little more, you’ll definitely come to appreciate him and his amazing talent.

I hate that some people are comparing Jimin and Taemin. They're both very different dancing wise but they're both great! If you like one more than the other compliment them without saying "I like Taemin better" or "I like Jimin better" it's a COLLAB not a competition. (EDIT) Came back to this comment 4 years later. Didn’t know I got so many likes. Y’all were really trying to argue with me in the comments and some were trying to downplay Jimin as a dancer. When I found out about Tsemin and started checking out his dance practices, his body control and isolations...OMG...is out of this world. The amazing thing about taemin is that he doesn't have a dance background like most dancing idols Everything he learned was on his way to becoming the artist he is now and not to mention everything he did to be the amazing vocalist he is. That's why i love him❤ he is a clear example of hard work can make you perfect

Jimin has more to prove since he is the hoobae, and to me he did not disappoint. And I love that smile they gave each other. The power of friendship and true passion for their own style makes this collaboration a perfect one. If they have the exact same style in dancing, they would look like back up dancers.. but this is Taemin, sharp, sleek, silky... and Jimin is powerful, theatrical, he switches his moves from slow to fast... both have great facial expressions and stage presence.. They will be worth every penny to watch in a concert.

This is amazing no matter how many times I watch it. This performance just allows both Taemin and Jimin to showcase their individual talents and dance styles so much. The first few times I watched it I thought one of them was off beat, but when I looked I realized that they were both perfectly matching the beat. In the end it just comes down to a difference in dance style. They both have such different dance styles, from Taemin's sharp moves to Jimin's fluid moves, and it is interesting to see the differences between them while they are dancing the exact same Choreo. It's also really interesting to see Jimin during the part with 1 of 1 playing doing Taemin's sharp moves and then Taemin doing Jimin's fluid moves when Blood Sweat and Tears is playing.

I think the camera work had a lot to do with it too... it could have been better.. (not that I could have done better) but I think the angles shot from weren't ideal for the choreography.

I think the exact same thing!! At first I thought one of them was dancing out of sync with the beat but they're both using the beats differently. Jimin tends to take advantage of the full length of the beat, taking into account all the eighth and sixteenth notes a single, one second beat consists of, making his dance incredibly impactful. Taemin has sharper moves and tends to strike his moves a little before the actual beat hits, so his dance seems more complex and clear cut. Both of their styles though are absolutely amazing, unique, and very difficult, and this stage always makes me appreciate how much skill they both have :)

When I was watched only the part that they dance together the first time, I felt the same way but at the same time they have different ways to execute a move and once i watching it again it cool that even if you see it it's still amazing to watch it all come together

Everyone’s talking about Jimin, but like cmon. Jimin is literally my ultimate bias out of EVERY group, but Taemin is so captivating here. They both did amazing. It’s a collab, not a competition.
