Seven months ago, I began practicing Taekwondo. It has hard and painful, and I struggled with anxiety at the time. And I still do. In this video, I learn so much life lessons that motivated me to continue practice it

There is a Taekwondo dojo not to far from my house I’m full heartedly ready to make this leap of faith I want to be part of the “Do” “the way”. Though I plan on going military after my high school years I would love to have a strong foundation of Taekwondo to always be by my side when things get rough and understand we all have purpose and the shortcut to that is “the way” ! I’m Christian as well but eastern culture always intrigued me I’ve always wanted to travel and I hope that some day I will pass my journey onto other.

FYI... A Taekwando training centre is a Dojang (Korean), not a Dojo (Japanese).

TKD is not about to intervene any religion . Humility is a basic thing in Taekwondo ... TKD connects not separate.

I'd like to add the eastern concept of the 'way' is somewhat similar to the christian concept of the holy spirit, just stated differently.

I'm gonna do taekwondo with my life or die trying. I'm sick of my surrounding people casting doubt, negativity, fear, I'm so sick of normal people, sitting around, I'm finding a tkd retreat and doing it.

It's good for anyone of any age, just be realistic about it and don't expect it to work in a real situation.
