Han So Hee is so badass in this series. She's indeed one of the top versatile actresses in Korea. Both of them had great chemistry and did very well in this series. I'm so excited for the part 2 on January 5!

The actors are brilliant... They talked the dialogue both in Korean and Japanese. 🔥🙌

Watched it in one go didn't sleep all night all day i devored this masterpice, so good this 2 are amazing i was already amazed by han so hee's acting she is just a beautiful talented actress with charisma in her play, she was even more amazing in this than in my name,and i liked park seo joon as well but until now wasn't convinced by his acting it was too rigid in his previous stereotipically exgerated romance dramas that i couldn't bear watching more than 3 episodes before getting annoyed by the lacking scenario, sketchy horrible directing etc of the dramas he choosed in the past some even even had a tiny potential but would fade in overdramatical rigid and dramatic everything as well as boring slow pace or whatever there are really few dramas that actualy amazed me and this the creature of gyeongseong is one of the top tier. Park seo joon finaly made a good choice by choosing this role that allowed to show his real charismatic persona through acting made his charcter shine with a non usual rigid robotic nor overdramatic acting, he showed a more realistic natural acting, he is a handsome man with charisma was only waiting for him to et it shine through his acting mission acomplished. This drama convinced me how good an actor he is because han so hee is such a good actress i already knew sheould kill that and was thinking that she could easily still the light of the whole show and if the costar underacts it would ruin the show but he shined as bright as her in this, this two work together like a fiting glove,the two charcters shined on the same level and the subtle alchemy between them was alowed to breath as grow so naturaly through time and expand in the space of beaurtiful scenery without taking the seriuousness and credibility of the colonial conflict and battle away. it was so refreshing. I binge watched this drama along with the other new kdrama Sam dal ri also on netflix with the other amazing natural korean actress which was main lead in Mister queen that doesn't allow a minute of boredom reach the screen she also never desapoints and is aqualy as amazing this two actress are my favorit they deserve all the awards give them.

The Najin organism in the Gyeongseong creature reminds me of the organism in "The Kingdom" a Korean zombie historical thriller

I have another comment. This what you call , A WELL PUT TOGETHER CASTS of actors . WHO played off each other . For me not one scene was bored. The mature lady was brilliant. You can know she has been acting for along time . Kudos to the director !!!
