Wichtig ist eine Stabile Körperhaltung 😃 Habe auf diesem Rollentrainer schon 3000 Kilometer gefahren und er macht richtig Spaß 😃

did you know how to ride without hands prior to using the rollers? i am a beginner cyclist struggling to ride with 1 or no hands & i was wondering if practicing on this device is reasonable

On the road... yes! If you gain speed.. first time in rollers.... if this rollers it is bit difficult than in actual road because you need to pedal to maintain speed and balance :)
