what I found the funniest part is that 16 is legal in like half of American states, that combined with Ant's obsession with cat shit Venti, who is about 30 years younger than him, makes it funnier

I usually find American humour not funny but this man and all his mates make me nearly piss my pants...so so funny...I would love to go out for a drink with any of them, they are a tonic. Humour is the key and these men got a bunch of them. Thank you for making me look a loony for laughing out loud on my own in different places...I'm still laughing thinking of puddle of mud..just getting contant flashbacks of alot of the hillarious dialogue...makes waking up worth it.

Dave consistently interrupts the flow of the show by either talking over clips or when they have a guest Dave likes to talk right after Ant directs something to the guest killing the flow of the convo. Bob Levy wanted the job, he would have been a solid choice as he can keep up with Ant and never apologizes for crass jokes like Dave does.

Mardone just passed away a couple years ago, he was in his 70's. This was his only hit in the US, though he had a couple more in Europe. Creepy thing was he actually said the song WAS based on a real-life event, basically he had hired a 16-year-old neighbor girl as his dog walker, one of his bandmates was hitting on her, and he said, "She's just 16 years old, leave her alone." It was one of those magic moments where they both looked at each other and said, "Hey that would be a great song lyric!".

I always thought the first line of the song was just a metaphor or it was a song about him as a young man but the video leaves no questions. Its like the John Lennon Imagine song, its good as long as you don't listen to the lyrics.

How do people not understand that the only reason such a video could have been made, is if it was just more culturally accepted. Needless to say, the video didn't age well, though its intentions were meant to be harmless and endearing. All said, the song is beautiful and heartfelt, and his vocal performance, in a world that prioritized what actually mattered in a work of art, is hands down exceptional.
