Tacoma TRD Pro New Wheels and Suspension Finally ON! SCS F5 and King's

FINALLY! The install is done and the video is up! It took a long time for all the parts to come in and for the install to take place, 5 days actually to do everything that is involved.
Thank you all for being patient with us and commenting, we love hearing the positive vibes! The FULL install video including fabrication of everything will be coming after, hopefully, sooner than later. There is a lot of videos to edit so please be patient with us.

My setup: Kings (-119-ext front and -121-ext rear, possible 3 in ligt), icon tublar UCA's, Old Man Emu mid duty leaf springs) I just ordered a set of Ray 10 Brushed Bronze, 17x9, -38mm offset rims and have a 2015 second gen tacoma. My questions are: 1. Will it fit in my tacoma, and if not, how much should I pay a shop to trim my tacoma so the rim/tire combo will fit? 2. Will it effect my tacoma's offroad performance? 3. What size of tire and brand you recommend? 4. Am I missing anything?

Hmm... I think so. 5.29 may be a little to tall for your size tire but if your gonna add weight... I have the same tire and size and the 4.88 gears just made the truck shift so much better. I’m not planning on adding a rack and a tent but some body amor later on down the road. When I’m on the freeway I’m in 6th gear a lot more and it doesn’t jump from 6 to 4th on the slightest hills anymore. It down shifts to 5th and you don’t even notice it shifting. After putting on the bigger tires I dreaded driving my taco... but now I’m back in love with my truck. Also get the ECGS bushing for the front clamshell and have who ever is installing the gears replace the needle bearing at the same time since they have it all apart.

Taco Twonz I just got mine installed. I told the shop 2.5. I think they went 3”. It rides ok. But alittle firm. I put the adjusters all the way to soft. I just wish it was alittle more soft. I have 285/70/17.

I love your tacoma. I'm thinking about ordering some scs wheels and was wondering if the -38mm offset allow for the tire to tuck when the suspension is compressed

Marc Downing I found a good deal for a used Pro and the Fox is nice but I wanted more ground clearance and needed bigger tires for that so I needed a lift to fit them. Got the Pro wayyyy under MSRP but I get this question all the time so I get it

Nice equipment, definitely heads above most Taco lifts, you would think paying that much to have it installed they would have covered the shocks from all the over spray......kinda defeats the purpose of having high end Kings covered in black splatter. Bad workmanship by that shop imo

Leni O hi, I think what you are seeing is dirt and mud. This was shot about a week after the install and I have already taken it on a few dirt roads. There's definitely no over spray because we didn't paint anything after the King's were put in
